Just got off work at cedar point. Stopped in to get some food from the kitchen. Out of pizza, out of mini tacos. So i order... bbq bonless wings. Get to my hotel and the wings have no sauce and so under cooked. I will not be returning here. Read more
I have been going to speedway practically everyday for addiction to fountain Coke, and sometimes gas etc! Everyday for months... and months their soda machine doesn't work properly if it works? They say we need a part? The Milan Rd Speedway was brokeyesterday? The Catawba Speedway does not work well. The coke taste bad and they always have excuses plus they do not honor theSpeedway soda prices. They are all not kept up well and the Milan Rd store has very rusty metal sticking out around their gaspumps just waiting for a lawsuit. I almost cut my leg Monday. Not the best zoo I've been to but worth going to if you're in the area. There were some young tigers in view of the public and... the train traveling around their plains area was nice. Read more
Usually pretty good service. Lots of staff turnover. Most recent visit I had to go back inside twice to get my pump working. I... prepaid for gas. First they put it on the wrong pump. Then they didn't put in the correct grade. Once clerk asked manager, itwas fixed immediately. Read more
Is it possible to give zero stars?? I had an issue here where the pump latched itself open forcing me to spend more than I had... intended and the only way I was able to get the gas to stop flowing resulted in me getting covered in gasoline all over myclothes, person, and vehicle. My clothing was ruined, my interior stunk of gas, I was not able to afford dinner that night asthe gas went over budget by not disengaging properly. I had to file the complaint, which they requested a very detailed accountof the incident, with corporate three times because they kept claiming not to have received it. Once it was received it wasthree months before I received a one sentence response stating they deny responsibility. I called and asked on what grounds andthey were very nasty with me and said they don't have to tell me anything. So rude, mean, and disrespectful. Read more
Everytime you come here it's trashed outside and in. Lazy rude employees. Just today I came in and found glass and trash all... over the parking lot went in and said something and the crew got mad. "Yeah we know." Then stop being lazy and clean it!Needless to say the glass is still on the ground. They just came out to smoke. Bathrooms (I've been there twice already) isdisgusting!
