We pulled up and the open sign was on but they said they were closed. They also need a key to turn off a sign.

It's fine to train new employees and correct their mistakes, but if you make a big flourish about removing a single pepperoni in... front of your customer and want to flaunt just how cheap you are as a franchise, maybe you should look into a new career. Atrocious customer service. Read more
Arrived at this location at approximately 8:45pm on Saturday, January 8th 2022 to try and get a sub for my boyfriend who was... about to get off work a few stores down. I figured with it being almost closing time that they may be out of some items, butupon pulling up and parking. I look into the store and see that all of the glass is already down where you make the sandwichesat and everything is put away. There are about 5 people in the store for some reason, all in a group but its kind of weird toneed that many employees to close such a small store. They all look at me as I pulled up, and they sent someone out whohurriedly starts mopping right in front of the glass window by my car and they all start laughing as someone runs to turn offall the lights, this was around 8:50. Placed a pickup order. I arrived at 6:55, my pickup time. The sub wasnt prepared yet (understandable, they probably would want... it to be made fresh, but still not good). Then i overheard the sub artist (the younger female, no one was wearing a nametag)whining that i put too much stuff on my sub. I get that i ordered my sub with a lot of stuff, but this does not excuse your subartist whining (let alone basically in front of the paying customer) Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism at thislocation. I will be going to a different subway in the future! The only reason i am giving a second star is because i like howclean it looks inside and different from other stores in a good way. Read more
I feel that Subway has gotten crazy with their prices. I remember when you can afford to feed your family there and feel good... about it because it was better than the normal fast food fried stuff, & you didn't go home with an empty wallet. It's not thatway anymore. But, if you don't mind the prices this store is great. Very friendly service, it's clean and welcoming, and thefood always tastes fresh. My advice, is see if you can find a coupon before you go! Read more
I guess the employees were in a good mood because I had good friendly service. As for the food, it's Subway. The bread could... have been a little softer but wasn't bad. I was impressed with the size and layout of the dining area. Not your standard Subwaydining room. ???? Read more
Came here at 6:44 pm on Saturday and no one is Inside. No one is picking up the phone but all lights are on and food out. Sad... way to do business!!! Read more
