FOOD POISONING!!!! Come on obviously we have all heard multiple people get sick here but you don?t think you will until you do!... I went to the drive thru for lunch and I have been sick since. This store is terrible inefficient, every other location allows separate orders to be picked up in one car. This location is... requiring us to pick up one order then get out of the drive thru and get back in line for the second order. What is the point inordering in the app for efficiency just to have the store add an additional 10 minutes to my pick up... Aside from that my guyJeremiah at the window was super nice and friendly. They just need to fix their policies and procedures to something that makessense for the customer. Read more
This is the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. Staff was rude. Gave me chicken instead of steak tacos and neither were... supreme- which I paid extra for. They were meat/cheese/lettuce only and had barely any meat in them. Super skinny tacos. Samewith my cheesy Gordita that was supposed to have tomatoes added. Cheesy roll up wasn?t even melted and had a couple bits ofonion in it? 2 people in our car placed mobile orders so as to keep funds separate and we were told that to get the second orderwe would have to drive around and wait in line again. Stopped by for some food after the Hy-Miler race, got the worst quality Taco Bell of any I have visited in the East and... Midwest. I'm all for having fun at work and I've worked in food service before so I understand the tribulations of it, butstaff seemed more interested in their own conversations than in properly preparing the food, the Beefy Five Layer burritos onlyhad three layers, as the cheese was totally forgotten on 4/6 ordered, The loaded Nachos were just awful, a scoop of refriedbeans on top of lukewarm tortilla chips and a dribble of queso. I understand it was 11:30-12:00 at night, but there was littleexcuse for the quality we received. Should have been a big night for Taco Bell with the Race track around the corner andliterally being the only food joint open by the time the feature ended, but they probably lost many customers that night. The drive thru staff was awesome! They served us our large order with kindness and attentiveness. They worked with us to get our... orders adjusted based on a lack of a key ingredient. The only problems with this store was the dining was closed even though thewebsite listed dine in hours AND they were out of tomatoes which meant we couldn't order much of what we wanted. Read more
Stoner workers made us so uncomfortable we left. 7pm 11.12 guy answers drive in the goofiest fashion trying to belittle us. 18... year old forcing his voicedown called me sweetheart. Not worth my time or worth getting in trouble over a tacobell kid. StillYou had 3 workers smoking directly out the front door and raised their hand angerly when we arrived. I'm sorry but this is tacobell it's not like you have back breaking work. And one day ones rudeness will catch up with them.
