Boring and overpriced. Slow service, and food that tastes mediocre at best. The coasters get bigger because our food portions... get smaller. Should have a much better menu. There's better food off the peninsula. The one good thing is the receipts canstill be uploaded to the TGI Friday's app, so at least you still get your points! Read more

I know some places are still having a hard time finding help, but this is by and far, the worst experience we've ever had a... restaurant. Our server was great - super friendly. Aside from this...yikes. We ordered 2 appetizers - 1 came out hot (mozzarellasticks) and the other was literally cold (boneless wings). We weren't going to say anything, but the wings ended up not beingedible. So we opted to say something. They went back, and we could tell that they just went back in the fryer. They were warm, but were so crunchy, I was afraid we were going to crack teeth. Fast forward to our food. A burger, a steak, and a chickensandwich were ordered. Literally all of it, with the exception of the fries, was cold. We don't like saying anything because weunderstand the times, but with nearly $100 worth of food and drinks later, we felt compelled to make the kitchen staff aware ofthe situation. Let our server know how cold our food was, and he apologized and went and talked to the kitchen. He came back andsaid that the manager didn't want to come out and talk to us, but that they'd comp the parts of our bill that came out cold. Weweren't necessarily looking for that, we just wanted the staff to know so others didn't have to leave hungry like we did. Weended up with a $30 something bill, which included our drinks and the hot appetizer, but to leave hungry, wasn't ideal. Justhoping the staff can fix this issue so this restaurant doesn't die out soon and people can keep their jobs. Read more

The service was disappointing. We started with drink orders which took a very long time to arrive. It also took a very long time... for someone to take our order. We purposely ordered an appetizer long before ordering dinner because we like to munch on anappetizer first. However, the dinner still came out before the appetizer! We asked for extra napkins and they brought tinylittle cocktail napkins. Very strange! Anyway, the food was pretty good and the mojito was excellent. Just would be nice if theservice were better. Can't recommend. Stopped in for drinks and dessert at night. The "warm" brownie was still cold, chewy dough on a cool skillet.... Service was nice but overwhelmed and slow to the point it wasn't worth sending it back. I'd definitely go elsewhere next time. Read more

The only reason why this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because they comped the steak they had to remake twice after sending it out... raw to the point of deep red inside and bright white fat. It was inedible. Twice. The experience was awful. The host told the 4top in front of us it was going to be an hour wait. They declined to wait and when we went up, a 2 top, they said an hour and ahalf wait, but if we waited it was going to be rushed because it would be like 30 minutes before they close? Then why are youeven still seating people if you're going to just kick everyone out at 10? So we decide to sit in the bar instead. We sat for25 minutes without even being greeted. There were 4 bartenders. We are very understanding we know they were busy but not even aword or acknowledgement. We saw another couple sit on the otherside of the bar that was greeted within 2 minutes. Once we gotgreeted the service was fine. And then we hear our name called for our table after about 30 minutes of being at the bar. Itseemed like the host was trying to deter people away by saying the wait was going to be that long and that we would be rushed. Iwould rather eat domino's every night we are there than go back to this place. Would not recommend wasting your money here. Read more

It was my second time ever at the TGI Fridays and I wasn't expecting the portion of salad to be so big. I wish they warned me... when I was ordering it so instead of getting two salads we just split one. The taste of it was ok, we were not given dressingoptions and that part I wasn't happy about. I usually don't use ranch in my salad and that's all they had to offer. It's not aplace I would like to go back to, but I'm sure there are some other things people enjoy about this place. Read more

The food is not great. We had a 10 people in our group. The steak was tough. There was a hair in my food so I stopped eating it.... There are not a lot of food options around Cedar Point so I guess beggars can?t be choosers. The burgers were just ok. Drinkswere fine. Overall, I would prefer never to eat here again. Mainly because of the hair in my food. Read more

While at the Hotel Breakers we wanted to get a bite without having to spend a ton in the park and Fridays was located at the... hotel we were staying at. We have it a go and apart from what seemed like a smaller menu it was an average TGI Fridays. TheMango-Henny Lemonade I had was delicious and a nice balance of Sweet and Hardness of the Henny. The chicken sandwich was aboutin line of what I was expecting from a Chicken sandwich, a nice crispy chicken with a kick from the aioli spread. Fries weregolden and crispy, service was a tad slow but understandably as it look like it was pretty busy Read more
