Huge Casey's with tons of options! Plenty of fresh cooked food with plenty of pumps for fuel as well!

Ever since I moved to Sandwich from Somonauk in March this particular Casey?s has gone completely downhill. The early am... breakfast items, especially the pizza looks like it?s all been re-heated from the previous day. Half the time there?s no regularcreamer in the dispensers, or it has a French vanilla taste to it. Today I ordered a breakfast pizza, they said 20 minutes. Iwaited nearly 30 minutes, then when I got there they were just starting to prep my pizza!!! They weren?t busy, the girl justforgot!! They weren?t busy either! I had somewhere to be, so I walked out infuriated. I called Casey?s in Yorkville, theyactually were busy!! Yet they managed to have my pizza ready by the time I got there 15 minutes later. Today was the final strawfor me. I?ll drive to Somonauk and give that Casey?s my business from now on! Everyone from the Sandwich Casey?s, from themanager on down should be fired!! Read more
Never fails whenever I order something from this location something goes wrong. Recently I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks, was... supposed to be done in 20 min. I get there and I'm told another 15. After that ti.e goes by I'm told they forgot to put one ofthe pizzas in so another 10 min. Read more
So we get to the store at 7:45, walk up to the kitchen and ordered a taco pizza. Guy said it will be done by 8:00, so we walked... around the store and got snacks and drinks. We go up to the counter at 8:08 and tell me why we were standing there til 8:30 forour pizza. We were going to call and complain, but the head of the kitchen came out after we walked out with our pizza andexplained to us the situation and that his employees really are not doing their jobs anymore, which was nice and highlyappreciated. I didn't want to call and complain and get that guy in trouble, but I wouldn't suggest ordering a pizza from there.It not only took too long, but was undercooked. Hard to eat. Who'd of thunk you can find a tasty pizza at a gas station? Their General Store is renowned for their taco pizza... I've been... told it prevents a hangover. Since it's national pizza with the works except anchovies day, I went with a tasty supreme pizza.I added spicy sausage, bacon, jalapenos and tomato. I hate Casey's, Newports says save 3 buck for 2 packs and it's like 9.70 a pack came out to 10.16 per pack so where the heck is... the 3 dollar off like every other gas station has lol typical Casey's over priced shenanigans Read more
