Great crew on staff tonight. Our order was overcharged but management refunded and fixed, no big deal. The guy who messed up the... order came out from the back to apologize again, not necessary but appreciated. All the crew is friendly and hard working. Goodjob guys! Read more
Waited a few minutes to order inside, ordered?.waited. Watched four customers, all who had their orders incorrect and fixed.... Other customers who ordered after me were given their orders (mine was a single order) and others who were waiting clearlyannoyed. I waited for 25 minutes. Finally got the attention of one worker, who got a manager, made some excuse said sorry,gave me a refund as I never received my food, as I didn?t want to wait any longer as they clearly could care less. They often appear to be short staffed but the staff that is there is always well trained, polite and seem to care about the... customer. : ) The first thing I do when I get my bag of food is to remove all the napkins that were stuffed in the top of thebag and fold them to get the wrinkles out before I use them : ( Read more
We wasn't even rude or anything they messed up our food we went back through the drive thru the guy was like where's your food..... we hand him the bag and he basically throws us the new bag and very sarcastically says "you have yourself a nice day" and slamsthe window closed.. Read more
