Definitely could be better, their boba quality has gone down significantly, the food was kinda gross, and the service times are... absolutely godawful. I like the matcha, but can y'all stop skimping on the lychee bits? Every time I order there, there'sprobably only 10 bobas or other add-ins, I see reviews and my friends with their cups almost 1/3 of the way filled, and I'm overhere getting bottom of the bucket scoops ????
