Definitely could be better, their boba quality has gone down significantly, the food was kinda gross, and the service times are... absolutely godawful. I like the matcha, but can y'all stop skimping on the lychee bits? Every time I order there, there'sprobably only 10 bobas or other add-ins, I see reviews and my friends with their cups almost 1/3 of the way filled, and I'm overhere getting bottom of the bucket scoops ???? I had the lemonade here, green apple, and it was great. A nice fruity taste, not overpowering sweetness. You can add in flavored... bobas if you wish. The woman working the counter was courteous, and quick. The drinks come tightly sealed which helps if youare taking it to go in a car. Just use the perfectly sized straw to puncture the sealed lid wherever you wish. You couldprobably skateboard with the drink and not have to worry about spilling the cavalcade of goodness inside. Super slow service. Waited 20 mins just to order and a total of 40 mins to get our food. We ordered 1 food item and one tea????
Waited over 45 minutes for food. Only one person working for some reason. Food wasn?t even close to ready so other patrons and I... got a refund instead. Don?t waste your time. Read more
