Your male delivery drivers are awesome! The females on the other hand?. The older lady is always in a bad mood and rude. Employees are extremely rude or just plain unfriendly. Every time I've come in there's no "thank you", "have a nice night",... smiles, nothing! Tonight we called in an order and they forgot to add the parm knots and when we came to pick it up one of thedrivers said "well it wasn't on your order" with a very mean tone. Because it's our fault? I?ve ordered from this dominos numerous times without any problem. However, the other day my pizza was missing one of its two... toppings and I left a poor review on the app. I was immediately called by the manager who gave me a credit for a free largepizza and bread twists. Had a 1 week coupon sent via mail for 50% off reg price item app order, app doesn't work, deal of the day was 20% off any order.... Because the app was down, I ordered online, spent $47 to be told neither coupon would be honored because I followed their apppromt to order online, after explaining and showing employees app was not working. No explanation of why they wouldnt honor it,just "oh, yeah, no" Customer service was poor, employees standing around chatting and on their phones. Playing on their phones,taking selfies, then making food.... no gloves, no handwashing, GROSS!! Will not be back anytime soon. Store needs new employeesor better management and training. Read more
We?ve had fabulous luck with this Dominoes! They have the best customer service and if anything is wrong and you let them know... they go above and beyond to make it up to you. Pizza is delicious and loaded with toppings every time! Sure sometimes it?s notcut all the way through but I just run a knife over it when we get home or tear it when we?re out and about it?s seriously not aproblem. Read more
