Second time in the last few days I?ve come here and tried to enter the lobby between 5-7pm to pick up a mobile order and it?s... been locked with NO SIGN at the door stating the lobby is closed. I?m a delivery driver and if I could see a sign from my car Icould immediately proceed to the drive-through. It?s irritating to get out and lock my car only to find a locked lobby and haveto go back to my car. Every minute counts for me. If your lobby is closed during times it?s normally open, PLEASE have theconsideration for patrons to at least post a sign on the door! Read more
We decided to give the local KFC a try again as their banner states the chicken sandwiches are made to order. NOT!!!!!! Even... worse the fries were dry and old and not edible. We had to throw over $25 worth of food out because we couldn't eat it. I have been going once a week for the past couple of months or so due to my schedule and grandchildren. I have been short on... pieces of the 9 piece bucket. I finally said something and they offered to replace the bucket but were very rude. I asked forthe managers phone number and the gave me the stores number. I just left there getting a bucket for the guys at work and wasshort again. The girl in the drive through handed me a box with a leg in it and shut the window without any sorry or anything. Iwaited for her to come back and she would not come back to the window. Trying to support my local business in my town but Iwould rather support one that is friendly and will help you. If that means driving 10 miles out of my way I will. I have beenin the food service before and handed an order that is incorrect along with a few crumple up napkins is not ok. Read more
OK so I normally wouldn?t review a fast food place but these guys deserve some praise! We have had the BEST service here... possible, the manager is amazing and so is the whole crew and because of it we?re regulars! ???? ????
