Ordered through the mobile app. Didn't have the kids happy meals ready and asked to pull up front. Fine. Took awhile to bring... them out. Then they forgot the chocolate milks. Took 15 minutes to bring them. Lobby is only open from 4-8 pm. Other optionsclose by may be better. I'd give them a shot before returning. Read more

I was up early this morning (4:00 am) to get ready for a flight. Knowing that Sandy Mcdonalds is 24 hrs.', I decided to get... something to eat. There was absolutely no one in the drive through. My order was taken (2 egg Mc muffins) I went to the windowand paid and that was the last time anyone came back to the window for at least 5 minutes. I called the store and could hearthe phone ring, but no one answered. I was watching employees walking back and forth. I yelled out but no one would assist me. I honked my car horn but no response. Finally, a young man came to the window. I told him what I ordered. He went to get itand told me "I just punched on so" then walked off. I am a local resident and eat here a least twice a week. Very friendly staff they get the order right. Consistent food. You will get what you order everytime,the same way. (Unless you... ask for something different. Then they get that right too. Im a beverage no ice. Burger no onion extra pickels. What more couldyou ask for? Read more
Slow when ordered for pick up. It was hot with no breeze and you tell them you are there then they start your order. Don't like... the app. If I had gone through the drive thru it would have been faster. I think they should ask what time you'll be there andcold or hot it should be ready. Read more
Very slow I preoredered through mobile 15 minutes ago and still waiting!!! Lobby closed also. Had people in the drive through... pass me that have been here less than 10 minutes! ???? 25 minutes now since i place my order and when now when I call the phonenumber they hang up on me. Last edit got my burgers and fries fresh after 30 minute wait I'm disappointed in mcdonalds but Iunderstand they were busy. Read more
The staff are nice but sound and look tired but service is fast. Meal was put in the bag and Happy Meal box in a very messy... manner. Strangely when I was asked if I wanted ketchup, and replied "one please", I was given a handful of 15...what a waste andwhy? Read more
This location just keeps getting worse. Only choice is the drive-up which is always packed due to the lobby being closed. The... overpaid and lazy staff are rude, slow, and all the food they serve is cold as it sits on the counter waiting for the cars toget through the line. They never seem to change their fryer oil as the french fries are always old and stale as if they pulledthem from the waste bin. Hamburgers always have a grill slime with a funky chemical smell. I doubt they ever clear thoseplastic burger bins they store your rubber, tasteless patty in, nor do they clean the dispensers they use for ketchup, mustard,or mayo. I am done with overpaying for garbage in this economy, so I will avoid this location and cook at home! I suggest youdo the same as it is just not worth it anymore. Read more
