This is honestly so disappointing. I've been ordering from this panda express for awhile now. I've never really had any issues... til today. Half of my chicken was hard, the rice was between hard and or cold. The box came in a mess, the sides had rice allover it, it was wet. Then, I found a hair in my rice. This is overall probably the worst experience I've had at this pandaexpress, but it has only happened once to me so I'm not gonna rate too low, it may have just been a bad or busy day, butnonetheless this was pretty disappointing. My husband is a truck driver and it?s hard for truck drivers to stop anywhere to get food, use a restroom or anything else.... Today, no mask mandates, no Covid & he still can?t get food. He tried to go to panda, doors were unlocked, he walked in & wastold he couldn?t be served inside. All the while he?s standing right there. He said I?m driving a semi truck. She then said youcan walk through the drive through. Excuse me!!?! I?m literally standing inside, right now! They wouldn?t serve him so he left. He tried Burger King, their lobby isn?t even open. Only drive through. So he was finally able to get a sandwich from subway.It?s not rocket science, you take his order from the counter, ring it up through the drive through & give him his food. Walk himto the door & lock your door if your not going to serve customers inside. Why aren?t you serving inside?? He?s literally insideat that moment. Normally they are ok for service but today they were a bit annoying. I got to the drive through and the lady taking my order... would not stop asking "is that all?". She kept repeating "is that all?" Several times even though I was not done ordering. Ileft the drive through and they ended up messing up 2 orders. Don't come to this panda express anytime after 8pm. They stop caring about what their food tastes like. The fried rice will... taste chalky and wont be cooked all the way because its crunchy. They also don't put much flavor in their friend rice after thenbecause it was the most bland tasting rice my family has ever had. We normally love Panda Express Fried Rice, but this wasgross! Don't let the nice looking food fool you! The chicken is the best part and it's not very good. It's the rice however that gets... the lowest rating! The rice is crunchy and just ruins the rest of the meal. I'll never go back. Read more
