We had to use the restroom so we went inside to order (first mistake). There wasn?t anyone at the register so we had to order on... the kiosk. Four drive thru customers ordered and got their food after we ordered (before we got our food). Took 20 minutes forus to get our food. One item was wrong so we had to wait for that to be fixed. Food was room temperature by the time we got it.Note - this was for two people. We love Taco Bell and leave good reviews too. Not going to change our love of Taco Bell but wewon?t be going to this one again. Read more

Came through the drive through at about 9pm, took about 7min to take our order which was pretty easy. However one car in front... of us and it took about 10min and when we pulled up the order was only $9!! Then we were told to wait out front for our order,which then I had to knock on the door after another 10min. After all of that we didn't even get our full order. I don't expectalot from fast food, however this was some of the worst service on top of the slowest I have ever had. Hat's off taco bell! Read more

Service was good but I went through the drive thru to grab 2 burritos to eat while heading up over the pass? unfortunately there... were both soggy floppy bean burritos that were leaking out the ends? so I had to go hungry for my trip. It would have made amess all over me and my car if it would have attempted to eat them in my car? no thanks! Disappointed? Read more

Absolutely horrible and over staffed for how horrible the service and food was. Love wait in a line of just myself for cold... food. They had no customers and we be still got gross food. Do not go here at all Read more

This review is a culmination of multiple visits. The drive thru is always excessively slow, food orders are consistently... incorrect, quality is lacking, and even today the "drink machine" was down. That's right they didn't even have drinks available!But since I prepaid for my order, I am just out the money I spent for drinks. I do not even blame the employees. At this point,I am thinking they may be doing the best they can with the situation they are in. This is a lack of leadership, management, andculture. The problems at this location are so systemic that this is a complete failure by the owner. How this franchise hasn'tbeen pulled by corporate boggles my mind. Avoid this dumpster fire of a Taco Bell at all cost. Read more

I sat in line for 20 minutes, when I got to the window the person working drive thru informed me they were out of beef. At taco... bell. I asked a question and was told to hang on, after 10 minutes more of waiting I said hello into the speaker to no response.I asked the people behind me to back up and left. 30 minutes and no tacos ????. I understand the new world and the need to waitbut this place is always slow and severely slow. Avoid at all costs. Oh no dine in for a year + only drive thru, so don't expectto go inside. Read more

The food portion is not consistent. Somedays the crunchy taco has lots of beef other times you will ask yourself "where's the... beef?"Check you order before you leave. I have to have the hot sauce. It's been missed more than once. The line moves fast.Employees are very nice. Read more

I am writing a low review after multiple visits to this location. Be warned that this is a private franchise and not a corporate... or Pacific bells location. The management appears to be very poor. 2 years ago when Frito burritos were on the menu, theysubstituted the Frito chips with unseasoned Nacho chip bits. 2 weeks ago they put lettuce on my tacos when not requested andvery very slow. I visit this location when traveling through sandy for a quick bite and I recommend you get your taco bell inGresham. Service is consistently slow and I have to have my ordered corrected almost every single visit. This isn't a mere badexperience, this is consistently a bad experience. Read more
