They closed the lobby for the day on a Saturday and posted a sign on the front door saying it was due to ?the staffing... shortage?. I?ve been waiting in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes and there are still multiple cars ahead of me. Ordered our food through the Wendy?s app today, noticed the app double charged us for the order. Could not walk in because... sienna g is closed. So we called into the store while sitting in the parking lot to try to help them not make the double order.They told us the receipt is already printed and they can not refund us?: management was directed to not give any refunds. Alsothere is no way to even cancel an order through the app. We where told we need to call customer service? Cherry on top, customerservice is also closed?beware this specific location is directing there employees to scam consumers: we saved them from evenmaking the food and still would not refund us? I live on the mountain so getting fast food is special. I ordered a salad and a $11.00 chicken sandwich. I GOT A .99 cent burger... and some fries. I don?t eat beef so I called them, they weren?t even interested in what I was saying.
