This place is a hidden gem. Very socked that they aren't non stopped packed. Living in Seattle for the past 18 years there are a... ton of great Asian food there. This place is better than most restaurants in the Seattle area. Read more

Mediocre, overpriced food. Would not recommend. Disappointing meal. Food didn?t taste fresh. Overcooked noodles or perhaps... leftover. Chicken lo mein was extremely spicy but not indicated as such on the menu. Green curry just okay and expensive.Called the restaurant but they are not concerned. Will not go back. I like to support local businesses, but not this one. Read more

We had a big family meal here. The curry was good and the staff were so nice, but the walnut shrimp and pineapple chicken were... to die for!! Excellent! Read more

I found this place for take out in the early part of COVID, then moved to a different city. We made it back tonight and I was... reminded of just how good and tasty their food is. It definitely outshines the simple establishment and location it is in. Wellworth finding it! Read more

I used to live less than a mile from Asian Potato and it was one of our families favorite restaurants. We went there a few times... a month and always loved it. The food was great and so was the service. We moved out of state a few years ago and while in townthis weekend we went out of our way to make sure to visit. We put in a carry out order, waited almost 30 minutes to get ourorder, once we got our order we drove all the way across town to where we were staying. After an already very long day with avery hungry family we took the food out of the bag to find 1 entire meal missing, chicken that was not cooked enough and wasstill cold, burnt crispy cream cheese wantons and the two orders that we did actually get tasted horrible. No flavor and like ithad been cooked in a burnt pan. After calling the store I was told by the manager/owner that he personally cooked my food andthat they had done nothing wrong and that I was out of luck. He was rude and cared nothing about charging me $60.00 for garbagethat was thrown away. They have lost a lifetime customer and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone again. Thanks fornot caring about your customers. What a horrible experience! Read more

2 years ago I would have rated this place 5star- not sure what has happened but the service and quality has gone south entirely.... They have hit the 2nd strike in a row and not wasting my time, money, and energy on a 3rd swing. The noodles I ordered weresalty and mush, 90% noodles 10% veggies/meat (each time) - I understand overheard increase with inflation but c?mon! The Tomgah was delightful. the sesame chicken tasted like burnt sugar (twice) good cuts of chicken but over cooked?. They also havegotten very slim on portions for what you pay.. not sure if there is a new chef or management but definitely miss the old Asianpotato quality and service. Green Curry was eh, not much flavor compared to what I?ve experienced in years prior (used to behere every other week working at the LHM building near the megaplex) For the price of this place, compared to what it oncewas.. won?t be back unfortunately.. Enjoyed the food at Asian Potato. I got the sweat and sour with some fried rice. It?s a local business so go try them out

Food quality was good, though the Pad Thai didn't seem authentic to me. The chef specialty Crispy fried chicken was nicely fried... and spiced. Prices seemed slightly on the higher side for Chinese food but the ambiance was also nicer than the traditional holein the wall. Read more
