Some of my coworkers and I head over to this Beans and Brews every morning to start the day off right. On Monday it seems the... staff was changed over to the 3rd string team. Total s%#t show. I ordered the usual large Carmel Frap and received a unusuallylight colored something in a cup. The young lady at the register scanned my app and the points never credited. Once I left toget back to work after a much longer then usual wait, I took a sip of the light colored drink which tasted of a Vanilla drink. I didn?t have time to take the drink back as I was on a break time limit. I took a few more sips and started to realize how badthis drink was as it actually made me feel a bit noxious. I disposed of the drink thinking if I told the Beans and Brews personthe next morning, it would be replaced. The next morning instead of getting a replacement and an apology, I got a snottylecture about the ?return policy?. I will continue as a Beans and Brews customer but not at this store until a better staffreturns. I?ll try again in a couple months. Read more
we ordered ahead and when we got there all 4 employees were looking at memes, had one person waiting in the drive through... unattended to and then after we asked about the drinks they said they forgot and they?d be ready in 15 minutes. 2 drinks. 15minutes. Read more

Loooooove this location! The staff is friendly, the drinks are solid EVERY SINGLE TIME, and they hook my fur baby up! To me,... that?s 5 star customer service and I?m so grateful! Wish I knew all their names so I can shout them out, but all are so kind andcompassionate. Putting good energy into the world will boomerang it back to you every time in random ways. Pastries are so stale it was hard as a rock. Should be their responsibility to make sure their food is still good before selling... it to customers. Staff provides sub par customer service as well. Read more
Frustrating experience at the new beans closer to my house. I will go back to the one on Bingham junction. The worker refused to... take my gift card (purchased at beans and brew.com) because he?s been there five years, only seen them once or twice, and they?never work?.
