Just stopped by at noon today thinking in an hour we should be able to get lunch. No line, cashier asked if we wanted to go sit... at the bar. 2 separate people at the bar. A dirty plate was in seat 3 so we sat in 1&2. It had that funky dirty restaurantbar smell. Sat there 7 minutes without even a greeting. Finally on the 3rd trip of perhaps a bus girl coming to the washstation 3' away I asked if we could meet our waitress. The waitress came by a minute later and said it would be just a minuteor you can go to the seating area waitress. We just left. I understand help is hard to get. It maybe another year or 2before we come back. Looking at Google with only 25% favorable food reviews we will try a different wing place. Read more
I decided to try out Buffalo Wild Wings again, it's been 5 or so years since I've last been (Wing Stop and Charlie's Chicken are... my go to wing places currently). Food order was fairly expensive for 2 people ($50), I also had a 45 minute wait for an onlineorder?! Fry wings, dump on sauce...why so long? It wasn't a busy day either. I picked up the order on time it was cold, dry,and bland. The fries were rock hard and cold as well. The dry seasoning wing's flavor was non existent, and one of our wingbatches came with "popcorn chicken wings" instead of the full sized options. I instantly remembered why I don't go to this placeanymore. The food is expensive, bland, and has no flavor. Wait times are too long, especially if you are sitting in therestaurant. I suggest going to Wing Stop and get actual flavor and more wings for your money. Read more
Went to the Sandy Utah location to pick up my order! I ordered the lunch combo Caribbean jerk, lemon pepper sauce traditional... wings! Always great customer service! Any location that I've been to West Valley City utah, midvale, Utah and sandy, Utah! Greatsport's bar as well! VERY FAST PICK UP ORDER TIME! EDIT: I called their customer support line, someone took my name and number and email, and said someone else would call me. It?s... been over a month and heard nothing lmao Came in on Sunday to get wings. Got takeout, and asked for extra ranch and bluecheese, as well as having the wings extra wet. Got home, only had two ranch and two blue cheese for 30 wings, as well as somewings having zero sauce on them. They weren't very good. Very dry with no sauce, and running out of ranch and blue cheese wasn'ttoo fun. Went on BWW's website and said that the wings weren't good, and I received a response two days later... giving meenough points on their reward service for six boneless wings. Thanks, I guess? We spent 34 dollars on the order, and were reallysad at the results. In the picture attached, you can see some sauce on the wings, but definitely not extra wet. What the heckhappened?? Read more
I don?t know why our boneless wings look like this??? We got buffalo and honey bbq. The buffalo ones have zero sauce and are... dry. The honey bbq are half coated. They left the veggies out of our bag. Check the quality of your food before you leave. Read more
Not too big of fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I am a fan of traditional hot wings, But it is a great place to get together and watch... a lot of sports and have some laughs. Our waitress was incredible, Super nice and kept us topped off. That made all thedifference. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings serves up a consistent experience, slightly better than average food for a reasonable price, good enough... service, and lots of TVs. I withhold a single star because the menu isn't quite as diverse as some other chains, and while thefood is good, it's not amazing. Also, some of the screens are projected and the image isn't very vivid, making it hard to seeif you aren't at just the right table. In the end, I give them a strong endorsement if you want to watch a game and enjoy aburger or wings with your friends. Read more
Good food. Waited a bit for the fresh chicken sandwiches, and I appreciate that and don?t mind the wait for freshly cooked food.... Sandwiches were fresh, hot and delicious. But the fries were hard and cold. Felt like the fries were cooked 30 minutes prior orwere just sitting in the cold air while waiting for the chicken to cook. Read more
