Overall not a terrible place to eat. The people making the sandwiches don?t chop the steak on the grill like corporate trains... people. We ordered the cheese and bacon fries and it looked like the bacon wasn't cooked... the food looked different from what they had... on the picture. The taste was so-so. I had to ask separately for some ketchup because they didn't give any. Read more
I found hair in my French fries. And one loooong one inside the fry sauce container. This place is gross.
Really liked Philly cheese steak but it had bacon on it?? A little light on other ingredients but flavor was good! I expected... Mayo, lettuce and tomato but got lettuce, mayo(I think), and bacon. Gave bacon to my dogs. Lol My husband got original Phillyand said it was good but couldn?t tell if it had onions. Will definitely give the restaurant another try but maybe in person! Read more
I love chicken phillis. But I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Charleys. I waited ten minutes for my meal just for... them to make the wrong philly. When I pointed it out the cook tried to modify it so that it was mostly the right sandwich eventhough it had the wrong sauce all over it. They made me a new one and it was fine. But it wasn't great, had to push to getcorrect order, and had to wait for 15 minutes. Read more
For almost 5 dollars for this little small portion of French fries, who?s is the owner of this fast food restaurant? Quality is... very important, French fries very salty, too much cheese for such a small portion of fries and bacon, no napkins given, qualityservice not good, just the lady in the front Cashier very nice, but the cook not at all. Service was ok. The sandwich was awful as were the ?cheese? fries. I ordered the chicken philly which given the lack of chicken... was really a vege sandwich. There couldn?t have been more than 3oz of meat. Then I got the cheese fries and the cheese was theold pour on nacho cheese. Nasty. Read more
Ok but didn?t they used to chop the steak up more? And the fries taste like the oil is from last Christmas.
