I ordered a Gabacho burrito. Basically shredded beef burrito. I will say the burrito was nice and fat in size. However after... cutting in half to take a picture I was questioning the amount of shredded beef that was in the burrito. Nevertheless the lessI took a bite of the beef and it had flavor. Good flavor. As I continued grinding on the burrito the amount of beef feelshort. They could have done a better job by spreading the beef out in the burrito. Instead it is just a chunk of beef withlots of beans and rice and some melted cheese. Actually they melt the cheese on the flour tortilla shell and it is nice andgoooowiiee warm. I really like this part of the burrito. However the burrito falls short due to lack of beef and the only realflavor is the beef. Probably would not eat this again. Just because it really was a beans,rice,cheese burrito. They offer asmall bag of chips and the salsa cups are tiny. However the salsa bar was nice with a good option of salsa and limes. I likethe salsa bar because it was clean and well maintained. Lastly, they show a dinner plate with todays actual special. Ithought that was great. However it does not give you a price and explain the it comes with a drink. The board that explainstoday special is not even close to the actual sample plate. Great ideal, bad execution. The flavor is good but the amount of meat on each taco was disappointing! There was more tortilla, onions and pineapple than... meat and for the price i would definitely hope for some more at least. Out of the 8 tacos we got, 2 of them we a decent amountof meat. Read more
This is a great spot for awesome street tacos! I love their Al pastor-- but a warning for people who hate cilantro: they put a... LOT of cilantro on their tacos (see photo). Friendly staff, lots of drink and sauces choices, and a lot of places to sit. Read more
I?m from LA and this is the best Mexican food I?ve had in Utah, hands down. Makes me feel like I?m home. Amazing Al pastor,... carnitas and carne asada tacos. We also tried the fish and shrimp and they were fantastic as well. I never want to go anywhereelse for Mexican food. Read more
Delicious and authentic! Love this place! I had the torta cubana, al pastor taco plate, and molcajete. Fresh chips came with... each meal and the different salsas were fantastic. Horchata was also divine. I would definitely come again. Read more
Awful. I?ve never written a review of any kind, but this needs to be mentioned. I got the chicken enchilada and with the first... bite, the meat smelled like dog food. I literally started gagging. All around the whole plate tasted bad. I had to put severalcups of salsa on my rice for it to be palatable. I will not be coming here again. I left my plate as you see it in the picture. Read more
The food was good and the person who took your order was really nice. I feel for the price we paid the portion size was very... reasonable. We ordered the chips and salsa and it was disappointing that the salsa was 98% liquid sauce like water and 2%chunks. I hope that?s not normal. It was also confusing since as we ate it looked like people who did not order chips and salsaas a side got chips and salsa anyways in a smaller amount. The menu does not mention anything about meals coming with chips andsalsa. The restaurant tables and bathroom were dirty but I assume it?s because they?re understaffed and it was a busy night.They were also out of the chorizo which was disappointing, when I asked the cashier how long it?s been unavailable he made itsound like it?s to the point where they should remove it from the menu.
