Terrible service. Staff completely ignored multiple requests of removing any ingredients for online order. This was probably... because they already had the sandwiches made since they were so soggy lukewarm. Egregious amounts if lettuce when requested tobe removed. Bread was soaking wet on all sandwiches because of this. All sandwiches were supposed to be toasted but wereruined. Everything that was supposed to be crispy was soggy. Price for what you get is probably the worst I've seen. Not sureif this is a jersey Mike's thing or the employees at this location. Absolute embarrassment either way. Read more
Always a great product. The cold subs are very good. The Italian on rosemary parm bread is my favorite, but if you get a hot... sandwich like the famous philly, eat it in the store! The hot sandwiches are absolutely the best when they are fresh off thegrill. The cold subs travel well and store well in the fridge for another time in the next day or two. Read more
A lunch break go-to, quick service without being so fast they make mistakes (like you know who). Friendly staff; I'm becoming a... bit of a regular and so I'm greeted with my order and continuing past conversations, but they're always chatting with the line,making it seem to move that much more quickly. Jersey Mikes is a good option if you?re looking for a cold sub or hot melt. My go to option is the regular club sub which comes... with Turkey, ham, and bacon. The ?mikes way? is great which comes with oil, vinegar, spices, and onions. The restaurant can getpretty busy around lunch time but besides that it?s usually pretty empty. If you are going to get your sandwich ?mikes way? youneed to plan on eating it ASAP otherwise the sandwich will get soggy VERY fast. Read more
I was craving a philly cheesesteak sub so I went here and got the ?Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss?. It was about $10 and a... 5 minute wait. They put mayo in a little to-go container for me which was cool of them. The sub itself was stuffed andabsolutely delicious, however I do have some suggestions/thoughts. The bread, although soft and not hard like some places makeit (which I very much appreciate), was I suppose.. sad/limp. I think soft thick bread would be a way better fit- however maybeit?s not always like that? Not sure. Second thing is I think they could use more cheese. There was very minimal cheese pullwhich I?m someone who when eating something with cheese, I want to be able to take a bite and have melted gooey cheese ooze outof the food onto my hands. The veggies were good and had crunch, the steak was cooked properly and was plentiful, the sub wasPACKED with flavor, and my bf (who went in and got it for me) said the people were super friendly and nice which is a huge dealin today?s world. It was my first time ever at a Jersey Mike?s and I?ll definitely be back. I recommend this place for sure, butask for extra cheese if you?re big on that like I am. Read more
