I never post things but this was really on another level of stupid. I ordered a 12 piece family meal asked for 2 sides of... macaroni amd one mashed potatoe, also ordered a small fry. Got back home and saw that I got 2 sides of coleslaw and 2 sides ofmashed potatoes..... and no fries..... the last couple times I've gone to this location I've had a problem with getting my orderright. And the chicken was HORRIBLE! All dried out small pieces that seemed like they had spent all day under a heat lamp..... Ithink this place really needs to get some new management. I don?t believe I have ever had worse service going through the drive thru in my life. The kid taking orders took 10 minutes to... take the order of the car in front of us. Then he came promptly to the speaker asking what we needed. We asked for a 16 piecebucket meal. He didn?t rely. We repeatedly asked what more information he needed. Finally he said oh did you want the meal orjust the chicken. We said the meal. Again we waited about 2 minutes before we could get him to respond. oh we don?t have Mac andcheese or biscuits so we can give you coleslaw and cookies instead. We asked for coleslaw with the meal and a side of Mac andcheese so it was disappointing but whatever. We got to the window and he informed us that our meal came with a half gallonbeverage but they had only water or fruit punch. Which would we like. Then he hands us our food and we check it before we driveoff. Instead of coleslaw he gave us two large Mac and cheese. We went back and asked for the coleslaw we ordered and why he saidthey didn?t have Mac when clearly they did. The entire time the kid was talking to whoever was in the kitchen on the headset andonly replying to customers when it was convenient or forced. I don?t think I will ever go back to KFC again. I know there aresupply chain issues, and people shortages, but being rude and lying isn?t necessary. Read more

This place is a joke. Mobile order, my order is ready at 12 I?ve been calling for the last 15 minutes with no response. I now... have to sit in the drive through, in a very long line during my lunch break. I call and call again, I finally get an answer fromCristina who says she can?t open the lobby because there is maintenance. That would?ve been GREAT to know when I placed mymobile order. Read more

DONT GO HERE. I ordered 2 Mac and cheese bowls, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. Order confirmed, girlfriend drove down to get... it. She was told they sold their entire stock of Mac and cheese to the guy in front of her. Our order should have been ready bythat point before he got it all. She wasn't offered a discount or even an apology, they gave us normal famous bowls instead butmy girl doesn't like Mashed potatoes. After she gets the food she realizes they forgot the 2 sandwiches. Because inside isclosed she had to wait in the drive through again, still no offer for a discount or refund. On her way back she discovers ourdrinks are hot and have no ice in them. I am so done with this place. Now they won't answer the phone or anything. I want a FULLrefund and I'm never coming back. Read more

You're Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. How are you not capable of keeping fried chicken ready?! Then there is the hypocrisy of allowing... mobile orders inside but everyone else has to use drive thru. It doesn't take a psychic or clairvoyant person to see that youwill soon be closing your doors permanently. After reading the other reviews, I'm surprised you're not already permanentlyclosed. Whoever owns this location should be absolutely ashamed. Didn?t even realize how awful the reviews were at this KFC, but take a... look at this picture and decide for yourself if it?s worth coming to this location. There?s 0% chance the employee did not seethis when boxing up the chicken as it was the FIRST thing I noticed. Yes. That?s feathers still attached to my friedchicken. Appalling. The owner should sell this establishment to someone who takes pride in their investments. There?s no waythe owner makes money off this place with the way it?s ran and seems to be ok with that. Weird. Horrible experience. I understand everywhere is short handed but come on. My order was missing two items, and it was cold by the... time I got it. It was 20 minutes after the time it said it was ready. When I called, they didn?t answer until the 7th time andthe guy who answered was pretending he couldn?t hear me and hung up. Then I called several more times asking if I can get arefund and all they said was there was nothing they could do for me. Don?t waste your money. Even if you get your food, it willbe wrong or missing items or even worse, hair in your food. I?m disgusted. Read more

Worst experience ever! 43 minutes for my "special" order. Runniest coleslaw (like soup), corn was ordered not coleslaw, mac n... cheese & potatoes just out of fridge, after 43 minutes i went to the window and waited 2 minutes and the clerk brought mypurchase and abruptly was closing the window. I said aren't you going to thank me for waiting 25 minutes extra? She said veryrude and with an attitude. What do you want me to do i only package the stuff and shut the window. 8 cars left the locationwithout service, dine in closed as well, not to mention the cook had no hand gloves with money, no beard guard, has track marksall up and down his arms, hope he's okay. I now know why POPEYE'S is taking over. So sad to see what's happened to yourwonderful company. BTW it's not just this location we had such a change in customer service & operations. Read more
