Drive through several times a year. I will say the early shift employees have always been pleasant and thoughtful. Since we... typically only get the originals they usually have plenty of those. I highly recommend going here earlier in the day. Wehaven't had the best luck with the afternoon visits. IDK if the shift manager is different or if the afternoon is busy or whatbut the employees later in the day are short with you, like you are interrupting thier work. I can usually have nice small talkbut not with this location in the afternoon. The original doughnuts get wet and sticky in the afternoon, leaving me to thinkthey are older. I highly appreciate that they have the report card doughnuts for kids. It's great to have a company supportingthe community. I think it should be clarified or ammend by corporate to reflect the different school schedules. I went to get 6for my son with his straight "A" s, yay, & was informed that they can't do it over summer. I explained that the school goesuntil June so we get the report cards in summer. She said she couldn't do it because it's the new semester. It isn't the newsemester yet, not for our charter school. The report card even says it's for the 2022 school year, which is the year we arein. It's not about the free doughnuts, the kid with the grades gets the whole 6 to himself & I buy a dozen for the rest of thefamily. I will still continue to buy doughnuts to celebrate achievements with the kids. It's just the thought that my sondoesn't feel like he is part of the reward system when I buy it. Donuts were delicious but customer service was slow. Waited over 5 minutes to give order just to be asked for it again at the... window when we pulled up. It took over 10 minutes to get through 2 cars. Read more
Spoke with a manager at the Sandy location about a large order for an event. I was quoted a price and when I needed to call back... to place the order. The day arrived and I called back. I was told they?d have to call another person and get back with me (thisguy was very nice) before my order was taken. After several hours and me contacting them again, they informed me that they wouldno longer be able to make them for the quoted price. It left us scrambling for our big event. Funny how a call to the Oremlocation to ask about the same order was met with helpfulness and the EXACT quote I was given by the Sandy store EXCEPT the Oremstore actually made the order for us on time AND for the agreed upon price. I was leaving the area after officiating in the annual Jamonit basketball ???? tournament and decided to drop in for... refreshments at krispy kreme here on 6-23-22 and the closing crew was out of this world friendly and the two donuts werefantastic and kudos and every accolade to these two young ladies ? raises should be in order ? i was surprised with the bonusquestionnaire and answered correctly 1937 !!! We had the most fun drive through date. The last surprise was Krispy Kreme. Instructions were for the drive through person to... choose their two favorite desserts. Went to get birthday donuts within an hour of their closing time on a Saturday night. Drive through was incredibly long. Was... going to go in but lobby was closed. However I noticed signs for online ordering. This was super fast and efficient. Ordered andpaid online at 9:18 and confirmation said it would be ready at 9:40. By 9:30 my order was pulled and ready to go. The selectionwasn't very vast but I did show up right before closing. However I was super impressed that the website was updated with all thechoices that were currently available. I just selected quantity and paid. Highly recommend the online ordering. I went in to buy a gift card. Nobody knew where they were.... and they only had one saying. Happy Birthday. Not really the... occasion I needed. Lastly, no slip cover was provided until I specifically asked. All these are pretty minor thingsconsidering. The place looked clean. Doughnuts looked tasty. Staff was 90% friendly.
