Honestly, this place is pretty good for how fast they have to make the food. I go here around once per week for lunch, and it is... actually pretty good. Obviously, it's not gonna be a a five star restaurant because it's fast food, but there is one thing Ineed to complain about. There are always big lines and it takes around 10 minutes from when I order to get my food, but the foodis usually still pretty good. Would recommend if your trying to get decent, quick food. Apparently they are discouraging dine-in patrons. We waited at the counter over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. The... workers only cared about the drive thru orders. We waved our hands and said excuse me loudly but not one worker would look atus or cared we were standing in the lobby. Had to use the "not friendly" order board. The board asks you to take a # sign andput it on your table and they will deliver your food. Nope, they called out our order # from the order board and we had topick it up. To top it off, they didn't give us all our food. I had to stand at the counter for another 5 minutes (hoping towave someone down) to tell them I didn't get a cheeseburger. When I got the missing cheeseburger, a white paper was on it withour order # 888 and the paper was almost black because it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while. The kids lovethe play area. The customer service is non-existent and food is fair. We will be taking our business where they appreciate andactually serve customers. Read more

Clean, and decent food. They were short handed which made service not as good, but that is not an excuse to give them a poor... review. They are Carnivore/Zero carb friendly, as well as vegan friendly. Clean dining and bathrooms with short staff means theytake cleanliness seriously, I will return. Read more

Oh Jeeze! McDonald's has upgraded! Their interior and tech. We walked in, used a self-order kiosk - and were picky. Took a... number. A nice gentleman brought our food out nice and hot - exactly the way we ordered on the kiosk. The food tasted freshand it was as expected. It all had great taste consistancy and freshness! They had new deserts in a display case up front thatlooked delicious. The interior upgrade looked super nice! Way cool new art on the walls and new seating design. Read more

I suggest looking for a better alternative to fastfood. Poorly managed location. Big Mac was cooled. Fries limp. Drive up tried... to take my order 3 times, never got it right. I speak plainly. Finally went in and used kiosk. Employees wondering around. Thedrink I got myself from the fountain was just right. Read more

**Update** Received a call from customer service apologizing and making restaurant aware of the experience. They were very kind... and willing to send some coupons in the mail (which isn?t necessary, but appreciated). Horrible experience for lunch, actuallydid not even eat lunch cause we did not get our food. Went into the restaurant for a little later lunch so it was not that busy.First, tried to use a deal from the app and every single one would not work which was a bummer but whatever. I ordered with thecashier a spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and 6 chicken nuggets. Relatively simple, small order, at least I thought. Iwaited 30 mins and it still was not ready. My kids started getting fussy and I was tired of waiting (multiple other customersalso could not find their orders too) so I went to get a refund. Almost none of the cashiers knew how to do it, and then theyended up refunding me the incorrect amount. So I still ended up paying for food I did not even get. I would have been moreunderstanding if it was understaffed or really busy but it was not that way. Disappointing to pay for food we did not evenreceive. Read more

If you go through drive through and they have you park and wait for your food, ask what the order is when they bring it to you. ... I just watched my food get passed to 2 other cars. The drivers went through the bag, opened the sandwiches to see what wasinside and gave it back. The employee then just took that fondled mess and gave it to me. I asked for fresh food and all theydid was re-bag the order. Do they not require food handling permits for employees? This is a blatant violation and disgusting.Even for McDonald's. Read more

I will keep the details simple. 20 chicken nuggets were served completely raw and management did nothing about it. They looked... normal on the outside and that was good enough for them. They offered ?a couple free sandwiches instead? as compensation, whichI declined, and was given $5 back on my $26 dollar order. The photos show how they looked perfectly fine on the outside.
