Nothing like waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through waiting slot #1 just to have to go in and find out they forgot about... you. Then when you go to eat the hotnspicys they look like the buns were days old and then someone stepped on them... not cool. Read more

**DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION** I would rate 0 stars if possible. The app says you can get curbside pickup or eat... inside/carryout from inside. They are serving drive-through only. I ordered on the app. It took the longest I've ever had towait in a McDonald's drive-through, and there really weren't that many cars. When I finally got my order, they'd given me Pepsiinstead of Dr Pepper, the fries were overcooked, under salted, and cooled down to lukewarm. The spicy crispy chicken sandwichwas overcooked as well to the point the chicken was dry. The chocolate shake was lackluster in every way. Read more

The photo says it all. The chicken was burned and uneatable. We asked for no ketchup on the cheeseburger and we still got... ketchup. We also asked for no ice in the drinks and we still got ice. It is a pity as it is our nearest McDonalds. We will notbe back. Read more

Fast food is fast food. This location has consistently fallen below par of the standard found at other McDonald?s. The happy... meal toy is always behind or completely not even the current set, which is upsetting to my kids. The tea is weak, anddisappointing. Read more

Went through the drive-thru they got my order correct however i had ordered 4 drinks and saw that they had handed them to the... car infront of mine. The drinks where in that car for a minute before handed them back. When I got up to the window and I askedthem if they would remake those drinks as I had seen them go in and out of the car in front of me the cashier barely spokeEnglish and got the manager I asked the manager a Hispanic male if he could remake the drinks real quick. That manager needs tobe fired. He had the worst attitude I have ever seen as I was very polite being in this industry for 20 plus years i know how itis. Pulled around and ordered. Not a complicated one, 2 menu items. Get to the window and the girl asks if my order was something. I... tell her no and repeat my very simple order. She asks again if it was the same thing she asked the first time. I reply no, andtell her my order again. She again asks if my order was the first thing she asked again. I politely tell her what my order was.She asks again if it was the first thing she told me. Like, is it that hard to realize that what you're trying to give me is notwhat I ordered, and what I am telling you my order is, is actually what I ordered? This location is the WORST one ever. Themorning crew is great, the evening crew is literally the worst. If you want your order to be wrong come here. They'll at leastmeet your expectations then. Read more

Came to this location after making sure they would be open. I drove up to their drivethru and started looking over the menu. I... noticed they hadn't said anything, so I said "hello?", and kept looking at the menu. After many attempts and about 10 minutestrying to get anybody's attention I started using my horn. So I laid on my horn for a bit. Got very frustrated and drove up tothe drive up window, saw a lady inside and tried to get her attention, which included yelling and more honking. Could obviouslysee that they were open, and the female employee but that she was completely ignoring me. I drove back to the menu and continuedhonking and yelling "HELLO???". After that I drove away. ABSOLUTELY DONT even try this location, they don't believe in customerservice, I went to a different location and was served immediately! Lobby is closed still. Some people can't afford cars with the microchip shortage and the high gas prices; like that's why I'm... considering cheap fast food in the first place, since times are hard. I'll go next door to Taco Bell that actually cares abouttheir customers. Read more
