Sooooooooooo gooooooooood. I?m not normally a cake fanatic. I will go for a brownie or cookie or ice cream before reaching for... the cake, but this bunt has changed things for me. I got the seasonal lemon raspberry for an office birthday and it was so good.Everyone was able to have a good slice and the frosting was not too much like it can be. I have had the best experience at this Sandy location. First off the cakes are delicious! I have tried Key Lime, Carrot, Red... Velvet, and Confetti. All great. But the customer service is exceptional, specifically Michelle (I hope I am correct on thename) went above and beyond to correct a small error in my order! I?m sure they are all wonderful there but I am especiallyimpressed with how she handled everything. I highly recommend Nothing Bunt Cakes for any occasion. Read more

Picked up my buntini cakes that I ordered online. It was a custom box for a birthday party. I opened the box at the party and... they hadn't been frosted. Very disappointed. I called the store, talked to a manger and told them what happened. They suggestedI should just bring them back so they could finish them. I told them the event was already over and that I'd just prefer arefund. They said they can't do refunds on online orders. The best they could do was mail me a coupon for next time. Soridiculous.
