This was my experience at the Sandy Olympus burger? We used to really enjoy this place and I went there because their burgers... were A step up from other fast food restaurants. However, last night was a big disappointment the Patty is much smaller (verythin) than it used to be and they seem to compensate with a bigger bun. Pretty sad when your lettuce stack is thicker than yourmeat patty. I think McDonald?s burgers are thicker. You guys should probably go back to using a better quality patty. Read more

I have been going to this place for 20 years. I started when they were at the other location. Today was the last straw. The... cashier refused to give me my food because I did not want to sign the credit card receipt even though she actually charged mycredit card. To be honest I am refusing to sign credit card receipts for small purchases. As a business owner, I know they arenot required. Due to the pandemic, every fast food place decided they want to move from cash to plastic, even this joint. Iused to pay cash now I use plastic. They now want you to sign the receipt so that you will give them a tip. I am sorry butwhen I pay $12 for a burger, fry and Pepsi, I don't want to leave a tip and I know that it is not required to get the receiptsigned so I am not signing. The cashier said I was rude. Well I think she was the rude one. I cant help that she thinks it isrude to call her out for not telling the truth. As a business owner myself, I have to say if this location continues to hireidiots that will continue to get these type of reviews. I am going back to crown burger. The help is nicer. Read more
Dined in, extremely clean. Restrooms have a weird trashcan that requires you to stick your hand underneath the lid to open it.... Purchased the Olympus pastrami burger. Not bad food for the value. Do prefer crown burger or Apollo. Came here for the shreddedlettuce. Disappointed the food did not come with it. Read more
The fries were good, but my cheeseburger was dry. The bun was dry and the meat was all dried out. The onion was way too stong.... I couldn't even eat it. Read more
