Party of 6 on what seemed like a extremely busy night. We had quite a wait but after we were finally sat it was well worth it... for the service and food. We must have had the best waiter we've ever had, big bald guy, and he had 4 arms and never sloweddown. We got our food fast. Drinks were filled fast. The waiter had a full area and never skipped a beat. The food was great!Must be new management that brought in good staff from past because it was smooth. Waiter refused our tip because he felt we hadto wait to long and our return was priority. We will be back! The Ribeye with coconut shrimp was incredible. Boys loved thesirloin cooked perfect. It was a good choice for a birthday before Thanksgiving. Highly recommended. Read more

We went to this location on a Saturday night and got right in. It?s nice to be able be seated right away. The service as well... was quick and efficient. I have need of gluten free options and they have a separate menu just for that. I did notice someinconsistencies on the gf menu vs the regular menu related to how many sides come with a meal. Also there were no prices on thegf menu. But it was still nice to see so easily what options are available as gf without having to look at the little symbols. Ienjoyed my meal without getting sick. I would go back to this location. Read more

Got the main meal two minutes after the appetizer arrived. Ranch dressing with the chicken wings had obviously been sitting... awhile. Could only get a baked potato fully loaded. Carrot as part of the seasonal vegtetables was under cooked. Was asked if wewanted a take away box not even half way through the main. Was just very rushed. But the steak was excellent. Very well cooked. Will never return. Read more

This was my first time eating at Outback Steakhouse... ever! A friend of mine recommended it, so I decided to give it a try (I... also wasn't aware that there even was an Outback in Utah). I walked in there with my palate set for a medium-rare New YorkStrip, but my craving was soon switched to the Alice Springs Chicken (along with loaded mashed potatoes and Steakhouse mac andcheese). With the exception of the chicken being a little dry around the edges, everything was really tasty. I also reallyenjoyed their loaded cheese fries appetizer and their complimentary bread! The service was also very nice. Will definitely beback! Read more

We had the BEST waiter tonight and now I'm bummed that I didn't ask his name or look for his name tag. He said he originally... works at the Layton outback location but was at the sandy location to help. White man, maybe 40s?, shaven head and veryfriendly. He made our mothers day experience unforgettable. If it's at all possible I'd really like to get bis venmo or cash appso I can leave him an additional tip. As for the food it was delicious but my steak lacked flavor. Everything else was amazing. Read more

The food was delicious, the service was great and for how busy it was - went on the weekend of a school dance -add eye roll- ... the background noise was actually quiet enough to have a conversation with my husband across the table. The chicken was tenderand juicy. The steak was cooked to perfection with just that little bit of pink. The fried onion is so big it should say partysize. As for the carrot cake (no picture, I couldnt wait) so delightfully pleasant of mouth watering goodness! Read more

It was fine...this was not our first trip to Outback, might be our last though. Everything that came out of the fryer was WELL... DONE, the Blooming Onion, Coconut Shrimp, fries... All were way too done-my guess is that the temperature was too high. My steakwas extremely fatty, though cooked perfectly. Our waiter always seemed like he was in a HUGE hurry, though there were only ahandful of tables that were full in the entire restaurant (2:00 on a Sunday) Overall it was eh. Definitely not worth the $100+it cost for 5 of us to eat. Read more
