It took 10 full minutes for the line in the drive-thru to handle 2 cars. They just say "we'll be right with you, and then you... don't hear from them for 5 minutes." Maybe be more considerate of your customers' time... Read more
I love Panda. If I could only have one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life it would be Panda. And this panda in sandy... is always top notch. How anyone can give it less than 5 stars is beyond me. Super friendly, always clean, fast service and thefood is amazing! Read more
Great service. Shortly after getting our meal, my toddler proceeded to throw the whole thing on the floor. The manager,... Gabrielle, came right up to find out what we ordered so she could replace it for us. Ethan quickly prepared it and brought itout. It really made a super stressful situation so much less stressful. I've come to this Panda several times because it's the closest. Each time I wish I hadn't. Either they are standing around... watching others work, waiting on something to cook that should have been cooked before it ran out, or neglecting to get mobilepickup orders together. This time they served me something they probably wouldn't serve their dogs. Reference the picture:those are all pieces of zucchini, showing the good with the bad for posterity. Pretty lackluster experience. This location seems to be running random hours. The website and google both reported this location... opening at 10. I arrived at 1039 and was told they would they wouldn?t be ready to open for 10-20 minutes. I came back after 11.After waiting several minutes to receive my food, I was handed a pile of items with no bag. The did not include the sauce for mychicken. When I opened my meal the chicken was black and burnt. Disappointed. Read more
