What happened to this place?! This Pei Wei used to be good and it's horrible now. Clearly it's under different management. The... last few years food quality, cleanliness and service has plummeted. The latest experience I ordered for delivery. Never receivedthe food. Pei Wei wouldn't process the refund and blamed Door Dash. Took it up with Door Dash and they blamed Pei Wei. Still norefund. Wasted so much time on this place once again. And now I'm out $50 with no food and zero accountability. Read more
We used to love this place but it has gone down hill. It seems others have also figured this out since it was not busy at all on... a Friday night. Used to be hoppin? on Fridays. The Thai Dynamite didn?t have much, if any sauce on it, had very little meatcompared to what it used to be and the portion seemed small. The Yum Yum shrimp tasted like salad dressing poured over shrimphastily dumped out on a pile of lettuce in a to go box. we have been coming to this place for years but after the pandemic it has completely changed for the worse. The last 3 times we... have been here we have had to wait 45 min to be served (the guy in front of us literally cancelled his order and went to anotherfood establishment). The last 3 times we have been here our food has tasted like it was a microwaved frozen food tv dinner theyran and bought from the grocery store. The chicken tasted like they got chicken nuggets from Wendy's and added their sauce toit and it was so soggy and gross. The brown rice was uncooked and hard. The fried rice had no flavor, tasted stale, and had noveggies in it, the egg wasn't even mixed into the rice! they put chunks of it on the side like a scrambled egg! I wish I wouldhave taken pics. It's really sad to see a quality restaurant we had been going to for years downgrade in quality, service, andfood. I'm sorry to say this but spare yourself the frustration and find another chinese restaurant that makes fresh food andprovides great service. Read more
Great job guys, only 2 people on the line!!!! Very efficient great attitude and great customer service, food was really... tasty. We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Kung Pao, Teriyaki Chicken , Coconut curry Chicken and Wonton Soup. It was ourfirst time, we will be back. Read more
First & last time I ever come to this place, dirty dining room and also their shrimp and rice was under cooked I told manager to... remake my food she said It?s their rush time and they are short handed but they charged a lot for small portion food.Unbelievable Read more
Dining room was filthy, sticky floors, sticky tables, disgusting. Had to wipe down and scrub sticky mess off tables and... highchairs. Chicken in our entrees was over cooked and tasted foul. When we walked in there were two tables filled, so itwasn't just after a rush. This feels like grime from poor cleaning standards. The cleanliness of this establishment is shameful.Did not observe anyone cleaning tables between customers. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. Do not eat here. The place is absolutely disgusting. Trash cans full and food wrappers all... over. The whole place smelled oily and felt oily. The staff is rude and impatient. While we were waiting for our food we saw acouple sitting at the counter go and cancel their order and leave as well as a group of people leave before ordering afterlooking around. They did bring out some cold spring rolls in a to-go burger box. I have no idea why they don?t have to-go boxesmade for Chinese food. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, yet being the only people in the restaurant, we as wellcancelled our order and left. What a disaster of a place! Read more
The food is good. Highly recommend the lettuce wraps. So delicious. The register was broken today, but you could order on the... app. Quinn was a rockstar and was running orders our to each table. So polite and professional and handled a difficult situationwith such a positive attitude. Made a great experience for us. Thanks! Read more
