I ordered food...got delivered...it was ALL WRONG... the driver didnt care so I called and they offered to send out the correct... items...THEN they CANCELLED the order and closed up EARLY for the night... So I paid for food but didn't get it... ANY PIZZAPLACE IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE!! Hell, frozen pizzas would be a better option... Read more
Just fyi if you are trying to call this place, do not waste your time! The phone call drops every time and the only real person... is someone in a call center that doesn?t sound enthusiastic. So you better hope the app gets it right. I did an order and Iwanted to make a small change just seconds after placing the order. After 15 calls I gave up. Read more
This place is the worst. I spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Eventually ordered online, took 50 minutes when... there 2 miles away. When i finally got the pizza it was underdone (super doughy). The delivery guy was nice. Tipped him 5$ fordoughy pizza though. Just call up dominos if you want pizza. Dont waste your time here. The location on 1300 East is for take-out or delivery only which is just fine. The food is always fresh tasting and at the... correct temp when it arrives. The Pizza Hut staff members behind the counter and delivering our food have always been sograteful for our patronage; thanking us for selecting Pizza Hut but saying with a level of sincerity that is heartfelt withoutbeing sarcastic or simply the company line. We ordered pizza and a 2 liter soda from them tonight. We got our pizza but they did not bring our soda, we have tried to call... them 7 times, been placed on hold every time and they have hung up EVERY SINGLE TIME. We were charged for the soda, I even triedto call the order line to get through to the store and had the same results. DO NKT ORDER YOUR FOOD HERE! Read more
If I could I would not even give them 1 star. I ordered online and paid online. I went to pick up my order. The employee... couldn't find my order, he was looking for it in the delivery screen. He apologized and looked in the carryout screen He foundme. Me and my 2nd grader sat down. 2 minutes into waiting the TV screen displayed our order ready. No one came out with ourorder. 15 mins later an employee clocked in and she looked at us and asked for my phone number. She went in and brought my orderout. It was warm and not hot. So now we go home with a cold pizza and appetizers. Please take a look at the attached pictures tosee the horrible looking pizza. Burnt toppings and it does not look like their ads. We came here after a wrestling tournament with my two boys. One of them had a personal pan pizza coupon from school. The guy... there said the dough was gone for the personal pans and it was short staffed. But he hooked us up with a coupon for a medium andjoked with us about dad?s eating the crust and had it ready in 15 minutes. Made both my boys night. Read more
