We had to drive quite a ways out of our way because they closed the location by our house. When we asked for dairy-free, they... said they didn't have any and offered us frozen sugar water instead of ice cream, which is honestly one of the most insultingthings anyone has ever offered us as an accommodation for our special diet needs. They blamed the people who worked the nightbefore for not preparing the dairy-free options, but it took them less than 10 minutes to put it together when I said that sugarwater was not an acceptable substitute for ice cream. Overall, they just made a lot of excuses for basically not doing theirjobs. They did give us a discount, which was nice of them, but the experience was still very frustrating. When we finally didget our ice cream, they were two completely different sizes despite the fact that both were the same size. One was huge whilethe other wasn't even full. The fruit was mushy, and even our friend who got regular dairy said it wasn't very good. We neverhad these issues at the other location, but since it's closed, I guess we'll have to find a new dairy-free ice cream place. Read more
When thinking of ice cream I think of a delicious scoop of peanut butter delight on my twirling tounge. NOT the devils work.... Witchcraft on display here is beyond god. Anthony seemed as if he wasn't fond of having customers in there. We were just there at 8:00pm on Monday May 30th. We got a Key... Lime voltage. Last minute he told us that they were out of cheesecake bites and half heartedly asked if we wanted to change. Wethen did change and he wasn't really talkative. He told us to pay before our order was done and charged us full price then weasked if the waffle cone was included with the sensational that we ordered then he told us that they were all out. Our ice-creamdish isn't near fill like it usually is and that was a very poor experience. I wish I would of gone to anywhere else. The shortand unfriendly staff was eye opening. Wow this was a TERRIBLE experience. First off, I think there were 3 employees but in reality there was only one actually... working. The other two were dinking around talking and not caring about a large line of customers. Then I get my small (morelike EXTRA SMALL) ice cream. I told the employee there was hardly anything in it, to which he replied ?I didn?t realize howsmall that one was, haha.? Terrible service, and I was charged full price for the photo below. Sub-zero? I love going to sub zero. You can never get textured ice cream like theirs. It's so cool that they use nitrogen to... cool/texturize the ice cream. I usually get tigers blood or cotton candy mixed with chocolate and oreos. I hope they never closedown since I've noticed the one in murray and west jordan have. Totally recommend this place as a first job. I worked there for about a year and loved it all, definitely the co-workers are the... best and it really is just a good time. I hope this place goes on. Ice cream is really yummy too. Miss you guys Read more
