Our food was amazing. And the drinks were great. However, with the live band, that is also amazing, it was a little loud and... hard to hear each other talking so we had to raise our voices to speak to each other. Be prepared for a wait, but just know it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. The food is AMAZING. Derek was our server and he was awesome.... They were pretty busy due to the holiday but he made sure we were well taken care of and kept us updated on the status. He wasvery patient and fun. I got the cheeseburger and the hubby got the strawberry ricotta pancakes and honestly I don’t thinkwe’ve ever had better pancakes and the burger was top notch. I highly recommend going. Make sure to do a reservation if yacan, but if not, go put your name down and then go shop or something while ya wait. It’s seriously worth it. Read more
This place is a hidden gem and is truly special. The decor is a perfect mix of modern and classic, with dishware that makes you... feel right at home. When we went, there was a very talented band playing low-key, easy listening music (Guitar, drums,bass). The food is obviously the reason anyone would come here. Every dish that was ordered did not disappoint. The portions arevery generous and the food is extremely well made. In short, Sunday's Best can best be described as when Portland meets SaltLake City. The food is truly unique and this place is definitely worth the wait. I'll definitely be back next time I need areason to day drink in style. Read more
very cute restaurant! i love the decor and overall vibes it gives off. friendly staff, our server emily was really nice and made... us feel welcome! however we were left without water for a little while which wasn’t too great. the live band is very loud andthat made it very hard to talk with anyone i was eating with so that was a downside. it took a bit of time to get our food butwhen it did come it was very good. my only complaint was the fries with my chicken sandwich. the fries were very irregular incolor, some were dark and others were light. some of them were very chewy as well. the sandwich was delicious though! perfectamount of spice and all the components made it delicious! i’d go back to try more on the menu. but i hope they can get themusic under control because it is very loud and hard to converse with anyone. hard to order even because you have to talk soloud over the music! Food is very good here, however the loud acoustics/noise is basically unbearable for many people. As the restaurant is brand new... the service is very slow (we waited over an hour after ordering at lunch time). I expect the timing will improve as the kitchenstaff become more experienced. The staff were all very friendly and apologetic for the slow meal service, but didn’t offer anyreimbursement or discounts for the long wait. There is a nice outdoor patio area that could use some overhead sunshade (ie sunsails, slide shade, trellis plants, etc). If they sort out some of the issues identified above it would be a recommend. The atmosphere is amazing, they had a live band playing at the perfect volume. Food was amazing! My husband loves scones and... they did not disappoint, but the main entree's had us over the moon my husband got the Eggs Benedict and I ordered the AvocadoToast. They have 3 types of Mimosas and they were all divine. Will come back again no doubt. Read more
Our experience at this new restaurant was amazing. Best avocado toast ever! Not a huge eggs Benedict fan (don’t like runny... eggs) but I had no problem eating off of hubs plate. The flavor combinations are unique yet satisfying. Loved the decor andoverall ambiance. We will definitely be back. Read more
Delightful atmosphere! Wonderful menu! Very loud. I enjoyed the Huevos Ranchero and my niece enjoyed Chicken and Waffles. FYI -... it's not really kid friendly (although there were a lot of kids there). No child seats or coloring stuff. Read more
