The spicy beef noodle soup was terrible. It was not like any Bun Bo Hue I?ve had? it was not spicy at all. It also looked like... we got the bottom of the noodle package where all we had were little scraps of noodles. There weren?t any long strands ofnoodles in the entire bowl. Also, I wish they would have signs that say there is a 4% convenience fee for all credit cardcharges? at the very least they could have let us know as we are ordering. They just added that on as we were paying. Superconfusing set up? we are seated and our order is taken at our table, but we refill our own beverages? I've been to a lot of Pho places. This one is absolutely fantastic. Come to find out, the owner got the pho recipe from his... mother in Vietnam. He's a kind guy and deserves all the good customers. I'll stress it again, there ribeye pho is flawless. Iwouldn't even recommend adding any of the sides. The broth comes absolutely perfect. I wouldn't dare ruin it with somethingelse. Read more
I don?t leave reviews often, only when I find a truly exceptional place. And this is it right here. I?ve eaten pretty much every... pho place in the whole valley and these guys hands down take the win for both consistency and taste. I highly recommend them ifyou haven?t tried them yet. I had a lemongrass tofu sandwich and I asked for a side of peanut sauce. The service was so quick and the gentleman that helped... me was super friendly. This was a great value for a giant sandwich that was overflowing with flavorful tofu and fresh veggies.Can?t wait to go back and try more of their dishes! Read more

Under appreciated and underrated, the chicken pho is my go to and it?s so yummy. Please if you have never been here you MUST try... it. Their smoothies and milk tea are also to die for. Portion sizes are great and overall would recommend this place. Read more
Ordered Pho Soup was too salty for me. Noodle was stick together as a block. Overall not bad.
I was disappointed to see the previous owners leave as their food was always really good. I held off trying this new one because... I had heard nothing. The food was disappointing in the end but I also have a bone to pick with one thing. I drove to therestaurant to get takeout. After I order, they add a ?convenience fee? for ME driving to THEM. Then they want a tip. I can seethis for delivery, but all the convenience is lost if I made the drive. To top off the ?convenience?, the food was reallyunremarkable. We got two different rice dishes and they were both bland. This tasted like an approximation of Vietnamese food bysomeone almost entirely unfamiliar with it.
