The chicken strips were pretty good. That said, everything else was so salty I couldn't stomach it. The slaw was so sweet it... could be served as dessert. The fried pickles were completely desiccated. Prices were similar to what you'd pay at a properrestaurant. Overall very unimpressed, will not be returning. Read more

What is happening with Zaxby's? I went through the drive through and the customer service was absolutely horrible. This isn't... the first time either. All I can say, if you don't like your job, quit. After literally 17 minutes, our food was handed to uswith no eye contact, no thank you, no nothing. Despite the horrible service, I've typically enjoyed their food but not thistime. The food was as bad as the service. The chicken fingers tasted over cooked, the fries were cold and the coleslaw I'mpretty sure was rancid. I couldn't eat the slaw and I struggled to down the chicken fingers and this was the first time Ididn't eat all of my fries, which says a lot because I love fries. Come on Zaxby's, you are not the only chicken place in town,you might want to step it up. Read more

Decided to try out Zaxby's for dinner and ordered Chicken Finger Plate for takeout. Unfortunately it's nothing special, they... also forgot all the extras.
