I wanted a bridal shower venue that was elegant with elevated dining. Nouveau Monde has it all! Delicious, refined entree... selections. Impeccable, attentive service. Architecturally beautiful decor. When scouting venues, my husband and I enjoyed awonderful dinner at NM. We soon returned with my daughter and future son-in-law to be sure the venue was the right fit. Inall, we had 7 different entrees - all culinary treats prepared and presented perfectly with professional, elevated service. Imet and continued to work closely with Linda, their director of private events. She's lovely and so accommodating! She helpedme plan a beautiful event for my daughter's shower. Linda wisely guided my menu and beverage choices. She prepared entree cards(a guest commented on her beautiful handwriting). Linda tastefully added tulle to the bride's chair and welcome easel. Sheadded votives to each table. Linda helped pace our party perfectly. We had the main room all to ourselves - bar service, wait,and bus staff - all focused on us! They even helped us hide rings for one of the games! The ambience/decor creates an upscalevibe - no need to over decorate. I simply added orchids and a few meaningful, yet understated photo clip stands to tables. Oneof the guests is a wedding planner and she told me, repeatedly, how perfect everything was - thanks to Linda, the owner, chef,bartender, and wait staff at Nouveau Monde! Back in January, we booked a 25 person private party for Memorial Day weekend at Antoinette’s. The communication with Linda... was fantastic from start to finish. We were able to visit the restaurant and discuss our plans. This was a few months ofplanning that resulted in a great event. Our guests were very impressed by Antoinette’s and enjoyed the cocktail hour andlight food downstairs before dinner. The food served for dinner was excellent. We were supposed to bring our own custom cakebut it fell apart just hours before the event and I was on the phone with Linda again to ask for help. Nouveau Monde was ableto provide dessert to everyone at the last minute. The bartender and servers were very attentive throughout. Thank you NouveauMonde for making our family party a huge success. Every time I visit, it is a whole "other level" experience. The food, wine selections and pairings are second to none. I try... something different every time and am blown away. Add great company and I dare you to top Nouveau Monde. Bill, Paulo, Ryan andthe team dance synchronously to a fine dining rhythm that makes your heart flutter during the evening and leaves an imprint whenyou leave. If you love fine wine/dining, without the pretension and haven't visited yet, believe me, you are missing out on ahidden gem! Please check it out! I enjoyed the dining experience here. Sophisticated bistro. The food was excellent and of course a beautiful presentation. The... during were creative I had the fig martini. And I also love the wine list they have a extensive selection of 375ml bottles topair with your meal. The decor was beautiful and the lay out of tables with the bar area We happened to have a table upstairsand it was a more modern feel. The wait staff was excellent and attentive was right there when you needed a drink or waterrefill. The appetizer course was perfect seasonal items as well as traditional french bistro choices. We had pheasant terrineand squash. And dinner was excellent line caught swordfish with Ratatouille & the pork chop thick cut and cooked to perfection.Dessert was simple and beautiful. The French press coffee was a perfect. I can't wait to dine again and spend time at the bar inthe back of the restaurant. Read more
