Had 4 team members looking at me standing there trying to order for over 10 mins. While two were getting ready to clock out so I... understand they didn?t engage with me. The other two were behind the line cleaning the grill but didn?t get another member tocome take my order or even acknowledge me waiting. After 14 mins a team member comes out and goes online order only. Iunderstand short staff but staff not even acknowledge guests is completely disrespectful! I ended up ordering online and thenshe came to make the order in the front. She could have easily taken my order! Read more

Overall good service, prices have gone up noticeable in the past year. Easily accessible with a large parking lot (nearby spots... fill fast). Some of their rice and meat trays were almost empty. It took a couple of minutes of waiting because of this. Theemployees were attentive and friendly. There were many missing condiment. I asked the cashier what was needed and he promptlymet my request. The inside area was clean and restrooms maintained. The patio was a bit in disarray but was also windy and cold.I would return. $$$ Read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION I felt awful for the ?two? employees working bc they were the only ones there, and i could only imagine it... could not have been easy. However, it doesn?t give a restaurant a pass to not follow food and safety guidelines or just makefood that isn?t anywhere near to chipotle. I hands down do not believe the chicken in my meal was really what was supposed tobe served at Chipotle. The pieces were dry and chopped into very very very very tiny little perfectly shaped squares andtasted overly processed like freezer chicken, it looked like nothing I?ve ever seen at a chipotle. The sign on the door doesn?tmake sense and confuses patrons, you can?t tell people you are ?closed? until further notice but also say you must order online. Every single person looked puzzled trying to understand the sign and had to keep asking what it meant. Also it?s lessefficient to run the store this way, tho it may sound like it in theory it isn?t when only one person is making the food and theother one is actually i don?t know what he was doing besides one point just finding forks and joking soon he will have to tellcustomers to eat with spoons. The place is disgustingly dirty and i even questioned myself while ordering if I was doing theright thing. There is no air conditioning, so how is the open food line temperature being maintained since the place was about85/90 degrees inside. I really think the department of health should look into this location bc there is no way safety protocolsare being met and food was being handled while walking back and forth with the food in hand from the prep line to the side doorin the lobby to get into the back of the kitchen. you cannot be walking around the place with food you are in process ofmaking in your hand, food is prepped in designated locations for a reason. First attempt was for dinner. I walked in to see customers waiting, but no food was available to see. Nothing on the serving... line nor the grilling station. I stood there baffled, then a random customer said that everyone had to order online and thatthey are fixing food only in the back. I decided to leave and while doing so, the view of everything in the dining area wasfilthy and disgusting with trash cans overflowing, tables and floors not cleaned up. Also, I realized that no employees werepresent during my visit of over 20 minutes. So, I came back another day, this time for lunch. There was a short line ofcustomers, food on the serving line, food cooking on the grill, but something was still off. The employees were not friendly,extremely slow, and checking their cellphones in the middle of serving customers. The dining area was still filthy anddisgusting, like they had not cleaned up for days. Trash was still everywhere, including the drink station. No napkins. Noplastic utensils. The food was subpar and looked different from other Chipotle's I had been to over many years. The grilledchicken was stewed (overcooked and shredded) and very saucy. I never tasted anything like it before. Sadly, I will not bereturning to this Chipotle's in Sandy Springs, GA. Two times was enough. This particular Chipotle's is not recommended untilmanagement and corporate fix the problems. Read more

Chipotle has great food, but unfortunately this location (like many others recently) has started to fall off. The service level... has declined, the food quality has decreased, and the cleanliness of the restaurant has gotten worse as well. I used to be a bigfan of Chipotle, but recently I have been disappointed each time I go. Read more

Trash! Food was majorly lacking in flavor and we had a 5:20pm pickup time, only to be waiting an additional 12 minutes. What are... they back there doing? The location is virtually empty on a Friday evening, every single table in the building is dirty, and thearea where you get the forks and drinks was disgusting. They need the health inspectors to come out and check up on thislocation because it was horrible. Customer service sucked also. Read more

Be aware of the guacamole. Last week I ordered a side with my burrito bowl with some chips and bit down on this stem of an... avocado. Nearly busted a tooth. Reached out to the website and chipotle has not called me back to address the matter. Folkswant to make food and not take the time to ensure proper quality and safety measures are being taken. Shame. We ordered 2 salads. One had 10 measly pieces of lettuce, one had no lettuce at all. When we asked for salad dressing they... rudely said that the morning crew didn?t make any and didn?t even try to care. I can?t get through to anyone on the phone. I?veNEVER had a bad experience at Chipotle until now. Also both salads didn?t come with salsa or even enough food. Read more
