Tried a Banh mi for the first time today! Had the mushroom, which he recommended it’s best to eat in and not take out. I was... staying so I was game to try. It was so good! The bread was the bomb and the mushrooms had a ton of flavor, the fresh vegetablesand cilantro were great. I am a fan! Staff was so nice and friendly, he even came to check on us. Good clean space, decent menu options, fast casual Vietnamese food. It’s counter service and the food is decently priced ($7... banh mi) for the area - better cheaper Vietnamese food can be had on Buford hwy but the prices are set for Sandy Springs whichmakes sense. The banh mi we got were delicious- fresh soft bread, crisp pickled and fresh veggies and really good pate as abase. They have combos that come with a drink and sandwich or bowl of pho - The bubble tea and coffee are all pre made so thesugar levels are not adjustable and they only had a few flavors available. I would like to see a menu combo option for a halfsandwich and small bowl of pho that would be a perfect lunch! Yum! My daughter and I came for dinner on a Tuesday night. I had the delicious Tenderloin Pho with great broth and fresh herbs,... and my daughter had Boba Tea and her first Ban Mi. Fresh bread and nicely picked vegetables. Really tasty on all fronts. Bestof all, the gentleman at the counter (maybe an owner?) was very friendly and wanted to make sure we liked our dinner. New place in town, fast food casual...! I love the store setting, it reminds me of home, Vietnam. Friendly service, it's super... clean, I like that. Now it comes to the food, great presentation. I ordered the combo of sandwich and iced coffee. I tried thegrilled chicken sandwich first, the meat is juicy, full of vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, pickle carrot- daikon and jalapeno,the bread is so amazing, crunchy on the outside, soft pluffy inside, but the chicken didn't have the kick of flavor that Iexpected. Then I saw the recommended sandwich, special pork belly, I went for second round to tried it out. It's alright in termof flavor. I highly recommend the ice coffee, it's taste fresh coffee ground, full of flavor, very Vietnamese. but it's a littletoo sweet for me. That is my opinion about food, probably because I love cooking, therefore I am kind of not easy to please whenit comes to food. In summary, beautiful interior design, friendly and caring services, the food is alright, and the price isgreat. The sandwich and iced coffee combo cost $10. Fast stop to pick up a bahn-mi sandwich and Vietnamese coffee. BBQ sandwich is very good- pork is delicious and bread is... perfect. Ask to hold the jalapeno if you don't want the spicy kick. Sweetness is not adjustable on drinks but isn't super sweet(definitely less sweet than most "standard" levels at other places). Boba is subpar on consistency and flavor.
