This is the closest McDonald's to my job. 3 out of my last 4 trips, my mobile order "didn't show up" on their screen, and the... time it did, the lady walked out and went to the wrong curbside spot and walked back in. I went in to get my food and she said "I went out there and didn't see anyone". Maybe if the employees could actually read,it would help! Read more
You guys need to check the itemized receipt to see what the customers ordered, make sure all the items are in the bag before you... allow for Uber to pick up and leave with the order. I ordered both food and two frappe?s and only the food came and the driversaid that they never gave him the drinks. I am super annoyed as this is not the first time, I guess I?m supposed to just chokeon my meal. The fact that no one takes the time to ensure all items are included before the send it off, truly irritates me asthis is not true customer, ?AT ALL!? Pay attention people. Read more
All fast food has its employee issues. But you have one young lady working at this loaction in the drive through. I have had the... delight of being served by her 2 times now. Today I returned and when she saw me she immediately recongnized me. With her bubblypersonality and beautiful smile she made my day again. After asking the next employee is she always that way he even got a smileon his face just thinking about her. I dont know her name. She is a black lady with puffy hair and a very big beautiful smileand a very out going personality. Please make sure you recognize her in some form. She is a delight to meet in this crazydivided world we live in. Put her in a commercial or something she should do well. Read more

Yesterday (6/14/22) i ordered an egg and cheese mcgriddle, not only did they make me wait 20 minutes for my food, they gave me a... chicken Mcgriddle which isnt even a menu item. Then today (6/15/22) i gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another eggand cheese mcgriddle only for them to give me a receipt that said "2 McGriddle American Cheese Only." I only received 1Mcgriddle and it only had cheese. I went inside to have them change my order which they gave me the correct item but they didnot give me my receipt back. Read more
