This Starbucks makes good drinks and is usually not out of any of my go-tos. It doesn?t have a drive thru and there is not much... convenient quick parking to the location but there is tons of parking behind the building near Publix for when it gets reallybusy. The staff here is always friendly and kind and says thanks and hello to all the guests even if they are just picking up amobile order and the mobile order drinks are always ready and waiting for you when you get there. I visit this shop often. I just wish it had a wider selection of the drinks. JS. But I'll be there in the am regardless

Not so friendly staff. Very uninviting. I walked in with no greeting and awkwardly stood in front of the cashier while she... worked tapped on the register for about 60 seconds before she acknowledged me even standing there. The drink wasn?t good andwasn?t offered any suggestion on making it better. I told her that it tasted a bit watered down. The barista simply said with anattitude ?well I can make it again but it will taste the same ? . Smh. The store wasn?t tidy like Starbucks are normally. Trashon the floor . It was a slow Sunday afternoon, no excuse for the unbothered vibe from staff. Will not be back. Especially sincethere?s no drive thru ? not worth it. Read more

Worst place to get a Starbucks coffee, this is my second time having trouble with the staff. They made me wait for a pike coffee... no sugar no milk for freaking 20mins when I confronted the lady came in saying "oh I know what you doing trying to create ascene" while I politely asked for the coffee and she seemed racist as i am a brown woman, people around me were also verysurprised for her attitude and the way she responded. I wonder if they train their staff ????, i felt pretty hurt and upset bythis incident and have even took it to the corporate office only to not hear back from them. Extremely disappointed. Ordered a tall cappuccino for 4.58$ and they gave me like half a cup of coffee and the rest filled with... foam ???? was extremely disappointed. Picture for proof was taken before I took even a sip. Read more

I love everyone in this location! I visit practically every morning and my mobile order is always ready for me when I arrive and... the staff is beyond sweet! My food is always hot, drinks are always made with that extra special touch and are made like noother location I've been too. If I could give ten stars I would!!! Read more

Great job to the morning staff (9-ish am). They were very busy but still my order was accurate. They really seemed to care that... I was waiting a while, even though the waiting was my fault because I made a last-minute change to my order. My drink was reallydelicious, and well worth the short wait. I appreciate all the staff's hard work and caring service. Today's service was thebest service I received at any Starbucks or any other cafe. Thank you all for making such a difference in my morning. The staff is very nice and the drinks are good. But why is the order ahead turned off 90% of the day every day? I work from home... and I like to quickly run in and grab my ready made drink and head back to work. The order ahead is turned off during off peakhours, and when I walk in there are no customers with the staff hanging out. Like 2 pm. Never makes any sense.They?re also outof oatmilk 90% of the time too. Read more
