Ordered on Moble app for in store pickup. Get to store and doors are locked shut. No signage either. Don?t understand why the... app would give me the option to order and pick up in store if the doors are locked on site. Arrived at 7:25. At 7:39, I finallyget to the window and am told the order isn?t on the screen and to pull up to the locked door. By 7:45, still no order. I honkmy horn, no response. I call the store number and no one responds. I go up to the locked door and knock, still nothing. At thispoint, the drive thur has gone twice while I am STILL waiting for three simple tacos and back fries. A kind customer saw mewaiting and told the employees that I was still there. If it was lent for the customer, I wouldn?t have gotten my order at7:51?. This was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. You cannot run a business like this. I was never told of any reason why would I have towait 26 mins total for 4 items. Didnt have napkins either. could have ordered food at a sit down restaurant and gotten my foodquick than this. The one off Cobb pwky is amazing. I will never go to the Roswell rd .Why would you make my order after theENTIRE drive through is done ordering?? I already was in line!!! Read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been there 3 times in the last 6 minutes. 1st time, I ordered on the app for this... location, got a confirmation number and was charged. They said they didn?t get the order and couldn?t give me my food. I?d haveto order and pay again. Second time, went through the drive through well before closing. Waited about 10 minutes at the speaker,said hello, blew the horn, never was greeted. Third time, was told at the speaker that they?re only taking orders through theapp or DoorDash. Went to order on the app and they had made their location unavailable. I?ve ordered from here through DoorDasha handful of times as well. Something is missing every time. Today, over half our order was missing. The Dasher noticed at therestaurant there was a fountain drink missing. They said they were out of that specific drink and refused to replace it with adifferent drink. Seems like they go out of their way to give a bad experience. Prices are also higher than other Taco Bells. Read more

Don?t waste your time or energy trying to come to this location. Management has allowed staff to dictate what they want to do... and what is offered. Been here 6-7 times over the last year and every time staff is non responsive or making up what isavailable to order. ?Only tacos? ?only doordash orders? ?only drinks? Read more

Got two cheesy roll ups the cheese was still cold tasted horrible. Asked for a steak quesadilla Add sour cream and of course no... sour cream and the shell was almost burnt. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. Read more

Sometimes they are good, some employees should?ve never been hired. But they have been saying cash only at random times for... well over a year now, whatever the issue is why hasn?t that been resolved by now? Wth? At least this restaurant has some goodpoints, Better than most other restaurants on Roswell rd. Go figure when black people overrun your neighborhood. Dinner was ok. I didn't get the receipt nor my credit card. I realized day after that I didn't get my card. When I went to the... store, they said they don't have it. This place has gone straight to the dumps - the rare occasions it is actually open the food is terrible, never correct, and... never bagged completely something is always missing. This most recent visit I ordered on the app got to the store at 8pm and theguy at the drive thru just screamed ?we are closed? over and over at me while I tried to explain I made an app order. I couldn?teven contact support through their app or cancel the order I kept getting an error and couldn?t hit submit. The was the laststraw for taco bell - It is never worth it and the prices of their food have skyrocketed anyways. Good riddance. Read more
