Great place to enjoy a NFL football game.... We were greeted and seated immediaty upon arrival. Our waitress Rachelle was... amazing. Her service was fast, efficient and she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. You should askfor her, she really knows her stuff. My husband and I went tonight for our first time just to have a quick little dinner and something to enjoy a night off from... being full-time parents. We had a great night our server was more than willing to serve us and help us with every need we neededand wanted. He even help me use my birthday code and explain how to use it. The morale at this location is LOW!! I ordered Mozzarella Cheese sticks and found HAIR in the tray! The waitress didn't... apologize but offered to remove the appetizer from the bill. The wings came out cold and the meals came out one at a time withfour people at the time. Service was slow from the waitress. After all of this, the manager never came to the table. This wasjust a horrible experience and I will never return to any BWW location. Read more
