Great place to enjoy a NFL football game.... We were greeted and seated immediaty upon arrival. Our waitress Rachelle was... amazing. Her service was fast, efficient and she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. You should askfor her, she really knows her stuff. Food came out quick and hot and was delicious...We almost didn't come here due to some ofthe bad reviews, but so glad we gave it a chance. Will def visit again ! Read more

My husband and I went tonight for our first time just to have a quick little dinner and something to enjoy a night off from... being full-time parents. We had a great night our server was more than willing to serve us and help us with every need we neededand wanted. He even help me use my birthday code and explain how to use it. Food was great, service was great but coming time to leave I had gotten a to go box for my wings because I didn?t finish them.... Put at least 8 in the box & accidentally left it on the table when I got up to leave. I wasn?t out the door for more than 2minutes so I come back to get them & when I walked in, I was told by my server that they threw them away because they thought Ileft. We use to love this location and lately they don't pay attention to the online orders. Everytime we have to return and get the... rest of the order. Quality of food and presentation are sub standard. This order was 6 boneless and 6 traditional wings, non ofthe orders have the 12 pieces we pay for. Manager need to train the team or Buffalo should look for a better management. Read more
The morale at this location is LOW!! I ordered Mozzarella Cheese sticks and found HAIR in the tray! The waitress didn't... apologize but offered to remove the appetizer from the bill. The wings came out cold and the meals came out one at a time withfour people at the time. Service was slow from the waitress. After all of this, the manager never came to the table. This wasjust a horrible experience and I will never return to any BWW location. Read more
