Our lunch was amazing we ordered 2 #1's with cheese and a $5 meal.. The food was super fresh i ordered my burger without... ketchup, but everything else.. It was so good! And made perfectly! Drove up to the BK window yesterday around 1:30PM. Very simple order; 2 regular burgers and a small coke. I was the second car... in line, and it didn't seem busy inside. My order came to $6.49 (seemed high, but OK) - and my order came out about a minuteafter I got to the window and paid. When the bag was handed to me, it seemed light, so I looked inside. There was only oneburger. I let the person know who had handed me the bag, and she got another burger from the person running the food line. Iwas already a block away when I grabbed the first burger and unwrapped it. It was cold (room temperature) and the bun was hard. Additionally, there was mustard and ketchup all over the outside of the bun. The second burger was just as cold. This place has never been open after 1030 if they are they make an excuse. They're supposed to be open until 12 and they always... literally put cones in front of the drive-through. It could be 9 o'clock and there's cones in front true story it was 8 o'clockmonths and there was cones in front of the drive-through line and they were smoking out back I can't believe there's still openafter all these years. Worst Burger King ever. They always give me the wrong order. Today I finally came back to complain and have my order fixed. They... told me they were out of chicken so they could not fix my order unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes. Very unprofessional staff,only one would speak to me in English and she had no customer service skills. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get mymoney back. Read more
