Staff is friendly, but service was really flipping slow. First off, the restaurant charges for gluten free buns and makes my... medium sized gluten free bun combo the price of a large combo essentially, $19 including 20% tip. It's aggravating... My allergyisn't severe but I can't ingest large quantities of wheat bread. Gluten free bread is not a treat... While I'm super gladFirehouse has it, please normalize my life and stop charging for it. Second, I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich. Firehouseneeds to think about a ghost kitchen for online orders. JS. It's not fun watching people getting upset as the time creeps by.Third, I'm not coming back. I'm getting fed up with fast food prices and charging for gluten free bread. Ugh! Read more

The meatball sub and Italian sub tasted so fresh and toasted perfectly today. The Hook and Ladder salad had a nice variety of... ingredients. However, it was the friendly staff that made my experience perfect. All 3 employees were friendly and worked as ateam. I will be back very soon. Read more

My husband and I visited the Apopka location about six months ago, the service and food was so bad, I told myself, never again... at that location. On May 16, I decided to stop at the Sanford location, thinking it would be different. My experience was sobad, I will definitely will not go back to Firehouse subs to any of their locations. The managers need to get better employeesthat actually represent the company much more better. The food was bad and the service was extremely bad. Read more

Unfortunately they?ve gone downhill in recent months. The past 4 times We ordered they get the order wrong. Cheese when no... cheese. Pickles when no pickles. It?s always something. And they are not as speedy as they used to be. So it takes a longtime to get your sub, and it?s still wrong. Very frustrating. Management needs to address these issues. Read more

For the first time ever, I visited Firehouse subs and was so disappointed. The cashier was short with me, it took more than 30... minutes to get 2 small subs. Of course, one sub had mayonnaise all over it. It was supposed to be 1 plain cold Turkey on breadfor a child, so that had to be done over. Then, as we were leaving, the trash can was overflowing and we couldn?t even discardour trash. The employees were doing something behind the counter, so I know they were working. I?m wondering if they just hadtoo many on-line orders to take care of the guests in the store. Either way, I won?t be back. Read more

Placed order online for pickup and they didn't have it ready. I ordered a bowl of chili and got a kids cup filled half way. When... we called they said that is a bowl and since they were out of bowls they gave the kids cup as a replacement with the amount fora bowl. Half of a kids cup is not a bowl but apparently to them it is. Read more
