The food is fine, although they blobbed on a bunch of mayo on my quarter pounder. I don't think it normally comes on it? It was... a giant glob, nonetheless. I'm also guessing they were short staffed as only 1 drive thru speaker was open, creating a longline. I went inside to order to go, and shortly after I placed my order, they closed the dining room. THIS McDonald's had the absolute freshest, best-tasting fries that I've had from ANY Mc Donald's in a very long time! This may... sound redundant, but THIS McDonald's ALSO had one of the freshest, best-tasting, burgers I've had at ANY McDonald's in a verylong time! My meal was absolutely delicious! I just left McDonald?s after waiting in the front of a long line at the drive through waiting for the cashier to finish chatting... with her friend. I caught her attention multiple times and she continued to laugh and continue chatting until her friend droveoff. She did not bother to acknowledge the line, did not give me my receipt to leave an anonymous review, was not in uniform,then completed my transaction by chatting with the Starbucks crew across the street while my windows were still down. I have repeated tried to give this location a chance to get it right. I am consistently sorry every time. You would think after... a good amount of time, they could begin to get it right. I don't know what it will take to get a good result, but it is alwaysa bad decision to go to this Hickman Location. Long lines at the drive thru that do not move. Cold fries after waiting for 20minutes in line! a half a cup of what was supposed to be a carmel sundae. Pop that is clearly not mixing correctly, heavysyrup, no fizz. If it ain't one thing it's another...sshhheeeech... walked over to McDonald's after getting off the airport shuttle (12am) ,... couldn't order through the drive thru, because we didn't have a car.???????? The lobby was closed .Was told we had to use theapp and once ordered on the app was told they had to shut the system down due to a customer not receiving the right amout ofchange. One of the employees came out and took a picture on her phone of our order. Very pleasant young lady.She brought ourorder out and it was correct (Thank You Jesus ????????) There was a gentleman coming in from spraying the parking lot,and weasked if he could make sure to put plenty of condiments in our bag. He was friendly and ready to help. He brought our items outquickly. He was the highlight of this visit. Read more

I have a membership at crunch I haven't been there since covid but they have the best massage equipment ever and they've... upgraded it don't miss out if you have a membership it's only $10 for half an hour or an hour I don't know it seem like an hourit was so good.
