I have given this Panda Express location so many chances to improve their customer service, but I give up. I know companies... don?t care to lose 1 customer, but I will never go to this Sanford, FL location again. Denise Q was our cashier at the drivethru today. I asked a simple question as to when the dining room will open again and she answered, ?It?s just for today, sincewe?re understaffed.? Immediately closed the window on me, went to get my order, brought it back, and no closure. No thank you,here you go, nothing! The only thing worth eating at this location is the super greens, which they always seem to be out of. Every time I try to give... them the benefit of the doubt and order the noodles or rice because they're out of what I want, it's gross. Over cooked to thepoint of mush, and the velveted meat is sooo slimy. They used to be good, but the past year or so they're just gross. Read more
Unfortunately, this place stinks. Service with no patience, no explanations, and no manners. Order taker tells me "we don't... sell those", and I'm looking at it on the menu board. So I give my order for 3 plates, get home and all the plates are the same,two of them not what I ordered. I order fried rice, they send chow mein. I order orange chicken, they send honey sesamechicken. I call to let them know, no answer. Next day, no answer. No way to leave a message, it just disconnects you. Besidesthe chicken dishes being waaay over-breaded and having little, tiny pieces of chicken buried inside somewhere, they areoverpriced with small portions. Read more
I was craving honey walnut shrimp because I hadn't eaten at Panda Express in over 2 years. The selection of dishes was so... minimal at best. The quality of food was sub par..absolutely terrible..The portions have decreased so much and prices increased.I will not go back..waste of money..terrible food..Sadly..I used to enjoy Panda Express Read more
We eat here about 2x per week and has progressively gotten worse. Just went to get dinner, at 6:40pm they're out of white... rice... you're a Chinese restaurant, how are you out of rice?!? (You're open for 3 more hours too!)... and no apologies or "weremaking more" just stared at me, same with teriyaki chicken and stated they're not making anymore tonight. Also out of the other3 entrees our family eats... cook was slowly making 1 pan of something, no estimate times of anything. Especially since theprices have gone up and portions are inconsistent, our family of 4 spends about $45 a visit... we won't be back for a while. This place is clean, the food was fresh. The variety and different options are great. There was only one counter person working... so it was slow but he handled it as best he could. The prices are reasonable, the servings are a little small but reasonable. Iwould recommend this place over other fast food restaurants. Read more
Ordered with door dash. We got the family meal with fried rice, chow mein, with orange chicken. Filled up a family of four just... fine. Was delicious and delivered on time still hot. There was one random piece of chicken that was HUGE but my kid loved thehuge piece so we found it funny and no big deal. Did take a picture to show just how big it was next to a normal size piece.That one piece was enough for one person hahahaha!!! Will definitely order again. I went into drive thru to order & they informed me it would be a 5 minute wait for the Honey Walnut Shrimp and told me to park... in the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing plenty of cars and customers come and go , I decided to go inside andwhat do ya know? long and behold there was cooked Honey Walnut Shrimp already out on display inside the store . When I asked theemployee if my order was ready because I paid 30 minutes ago and have been waiting in the parking lot, He ,The employee shruggedhis shoulders and walked away without giving any answer . When I asked again , he just shrugged his shoulders again. I leftwithout ever getting my food or a refund . This will be the last time I ever go here. Read more
