I use to work at Panera. Everything was always right and always excellent. I've continued to eat at panera for almost a... decade, all over the country. This location is by far the worst I've seen. No expo at the counter. My fathers sandwich cameout without egg amd half the portion of chicken there is suppose to be. I remember pre portioning the meats at the prepstation, I also remember that its a much larger portion. Mine came out on the incorrect bread. IMO, cooperate needs to havesome secret shoppers come. Update, mine came with cheese on it after I included the dairy allergy and confirmed with thekitchen NO DAIRY. Secondary Update. Spoke with the manager to have the sandwich remade. She said "sorry about that" but youcould tell by tone of voice, body language, and lack of eye contact that it was simply lip service. I also confirmed thatthere is no expo on staff today. Oh look, accountability - non existent. I wonder why not one, not two, but 3 things wereincorrectly made. Third update. My father went and had a word with the manager. "Preparers said that there wasn't cheese onit" and "accidents happen". Three "accidents" on one order. Time for a new manager. Jen needs to go. Read more
Everything is usually great at Panara but I don't recommend their new chicken sandwich it doesn't look anything like the picture... and had hardly any pickle chips on it, definitely not worth the 11 dollars and something that they charge for it. Read more
We dined outside, very clean everyone was friendly and the food delicious. We ordered Autumn soup and the broccoli soup with... turkey sandwiches the order came with chips and the soup with delicious bread. Enjoyed it very much! Read more

I Like this Panera and come here frequently. One thing that I have noticed is that when you place your order on the tablet,... moments later you get your food but there is never a beverage cup. You basically have to go back to the cashier, who is busywith customers to then wait several minutes while your food gets cold to ask for a cup. Why not give the cup with the meal? Theprocess is a bit backwards right now, it does not benefit anyone wanting a quick bite specially if you?re in a rush and valueyour time. Also, the white lady in the back (I believe she is some sort of supervisor) also has an attitude and doesn?tunderstand the importance of good customer service. Thank you. Read more
Ordered my favorite salad from Panera, the Fuji Apple Chicken, and received a bed of lettuce including fully yellowed pieces of... MOLDY lettuce, NO chicken, and literally almost no actual other toppings. The workers should be embarrassed. Yum, food safetyissues! Read more
First time ordering delivery at work from here and we were very impressed with the packaging, quality and taste, everything was... great! We ordered 1 margarita flatbread pizza, 1 cheese flatbread pizza, 1 pepperoni flatbread pizza, 2 broccoli & Cheddar soupand a Mac and cheese and it was delicious and hot! Guys, your new ordering kiosk is a total waste. Takes to long and then cancels your order after 10 minutes of loading info in... it. Just let us order from a nice person that smiles and we get food we want. Manager got sold on this new tech? your missingthe personal connection. Walked out ate lunch elsewhere. Very frustrating.
