Forgot the sauce on one pizza. And barely put any sauce on the others. Paid for seasoning on crusts and never got it. Pizzas... uneven for example ordered and original crust, half was normal and other was more like a thin crust. It all kinda tasted stale.I was so disappointed because I usually prefer papa johns but I'm probably gonna stick with some other place now. Read more

I called the store to place an order but could not escape the AI order taker so I had to settle for a portion of what I wanted... instead of what I actually wanted. I understand staffing shortages but cutting funding to your customer facing staff is noteffective. I will eat this ?mostly? what I wanted pizza because I?m hungry but even if it is the most delicious pizza evercreated I won?t enjoy it as much as being able to order exactly what I wanted?.from a HUMAN order taker who I could interactwith to customize my experience.
