This is my first time eating at this establishment but my wife has been here many times over the last three years. The front end... appeared clean and the staff were efficient and professional. I came here because I recently had a horrible experience at panda express. There was no line, they didn't seem busy but all the... food looked well prepared and organized. I got the peppered chicken and the mongolian chicken with fried rice. The food andservice awesome. I was so surprised to see how low the views were but I also noticed how old they were. I am sitting here right now with my daughter and she really wanted to eat here so she order the rice and mongolian and they gave... her almost nothing when she asked for more the woman only gave her literally two pebbles, the plate of food was almost empty andwe asked for more and they just stared at us and didn?t give us more, not only that but the food was incredibly dried and itjust wasn?t good and is not always like this but this time it was awful. I come here all the time. This WAS my favorite place to eat chinese food in the mall , until my mom found a hair in the food ,... and she brought it up their attention , the workers had an excuse that it was from the fork. The next week , i went to get foodfrom their , everything was going well , until i too found a hair in the rice. We dont get food from here anymore , even thoughj love their meats , i eat elsewhere. I wish I could give a 0 but thats not an option at the moment. I came here looking for bourbon chicken and fry rice like anyone... else. So I tried it and the rice is so old the taste is just horrible and the chicken also taste so old, so gross. I went up tothe lady and I told her and told her she can charge my drinks only but I would like my money back. Instead of saying I'm sorryetc she wants to catch a nasty attitude and not even apologize for her nasty food and should feel ashame for selling old food topeople. Read more
The food was amazing and their service was great! I highly recommend!! This place has been my favorite for the pas 6 years.
