Pizza was delivered 23 minutes late and cold,soda wasn't even cold

This place is a nightmare!!! Avoid at any cost. The manager Alex had no empathy AT ALL. Nor did another staff member. I ordered... a pizza for delivery at 6:28pm. The delivery time was approximately 30mins. I received a text update stating that it would takean additional 30mins to be delivered. Ok. It is what it is. The problem was that my food never got delivered even though it saidthat my food was delivered. I reached out to the store to let them know what was going on and was disregarded then told to callback in 15mins. Never mind I was on hold for 15mins just for them to come back and say this. SMH?I stated but what about thetext message that says it was delivered could you reach out to the driver. I was then hung up on! Tried to call back but no onepicked up. So I called from another phone and magically they answered. I then spoke to the manager ALEX and explained again.Also let the manager know that I was hung up on by one of his staff and he was unbothered. It was more than likely him. He saidwould remake it for me but it would take an hour. By this time my kids had been waiting for 2 hrs!! I told him I would just comeget it because I can?t wait any longer. He told me 20mins. Then when I arrived 25mins later. I had to wait another 15mins. I will never order from here again!!! You shouldn?t either. Read more
One of the worst pizza experiences I've had ordered pizza I live .02 miles from the Location Pizza took over an hour and a 1/2... I ordered extra sides and a dipping sauce for the Apple pies at 99 cents . Plus the other sauces they offer for the Bone waschicken wings and the dipping sauce for the pizzas for the pizzas ordered and paid for them never received them when pizzafinally got to my house ice cold I don't mean not hot I mean cold literally had tured hard ...... When driver got to door hereeked of alcohol.. When I tried to call back to say that the sauces were missing and the pizza was cold all I got was therecording no one picked up the phone... Front End staff and Management are always friendly and fast to Welcome you when you walk in and ask how they can help, whether... it be pick up, a new order or a driver picking up for a delivery app. They help you with is most advantageous for what you wantand the best price. And suggest deals to me I may be unaware of. I make seek a second job at this location as a driver. As Ialready work a corporate 9-5. Ordered veggie pizza from the new Lake Minnie location... AWFUL!!! I ATE 1.5 slice and stomach pain began. I was sick for 3... days, finding out from Urgentcare I had food poison. Not sure if it was the cheese the veggies or THE UNSANI PRACTICE. ???? WhenI picked up my order, an employee walked outside in parking lot to socialize n smoke with friends ???? REALLY. CLOSE. This location has terrible customer service. We waited hours for our food only to find out it was delivered to a neighbor?s... children while she was at work. We called to explain and requested a second order. They said they could not do that because thedriver told them she delivered to the correct home. Obviously, she was lying and we are out our money and without dinner atalmost 10pm. Aren?t you supposed to check the debit card when the pizza is delivered to confirm the correct home? This was notdone because it was delivered to the WRONG HOME, yet the burden of proof fell on us? We offered to provide our confirmationnumber, our card number and to even have the neighbor get on the phone with them to ?prove? we did not get our order. For my daughter's birthday celebration at school, we called and requested Pizza Hut to prepare the order for pickup when they... open at 10:30am. The staff not only answered the call, but went above and beyond to prepare our order on time. Our kids reallyenjoyed Pizza very much. Thank you for Great Service!! Read more
